Great! Crew did excellent work. Called them back a couple times for adjustments and they were prompt and took care of the issues.

I was a bit skeptical about going with a company that relies on so much media advertising, but they came through on every promise. They removed a tub insert and installed a new shower. The installation team arrived right on schedule, they were courteous and professional. They were careful not to track dust, and cleaned up meticulously. The entire install took about four hours. The finished product is beautiful, and the shower is great. We spray the shower doors and walls with a vinegar/water solution and squeegee, and it dries completely spot free.

Great service and quality windows. I worked in the window industry for 30 plus years and I'm very happy with my windows. I have an older home and Jim one of the installers was able to do a great job of piece work with the flashing. My bathroom window is obscure. Light comes in but you can't see through it. Excellent job all the way around.

The team of Steve and Dean were prompt, professional and worked hard to complete the project. Their work transformed the bathrooms.

Salesman made an error with my estimate. Did not include the color choice, which would cost extra. They did agree to include the color for free when I discovered the problem. The installation went smooth and I love the windows.

They went above and beyond helping me design my new walk-in shower. On day of installation, they arrived on time and finished on time. Installed grab bars where they worked best for me. After cleaning up they ran through the do's and don'ts of cleaning the new show enclosure so I can enjoy it for years to come. Final Results were simply fantastic. Looks like a brand-new bathroom! We had three bathrooms renovated by Mad City and we could not have been happier with the service and the final results. Our installation team, Steven and Dean, and the project coordinator, Matt, were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure that we received a quality product that was exactly what we wanted. They maintained excellent communication and left us with three beautiful showers!

We were very pleased with the work Mad City Windows did at our house. They replaced a really old family room picture window and replaced the tub in our guest bathroom. Had an awesome experience with MadCity. The sales rep that came to talk to us was professional and personable. And we got a great deal on the project. The workman that came showed up when he said he would, and got the job done in the time allotted. He knew what he was doing and cleaned up after himself every day. All in all it was a positive experience, would do business with them again.

A great team to work with and a great installation

Mad City did a great job with our windows so we returned to them when we needed our bathtub redone. It was definitely expensive but you get a nice quality product that you know will last. They were on time and unbelievably fast. They tore out the previous tub, built a partial wall, and installed the new tub/surround in about 6-7 hours! It was so nice to have it done in one day. Highly recommend!

Great. Schedule was bad. Said one day took 4. Not fault of crew but of office.

The first person rescheduled twice and then said he was not able to do the work. The second person said it was not something that they could handle.

We got all our windows done after we got our storm door replaced. Very satisfied with both jobs. Excellent quality and very efficient team. Cleaned up their mess. Highly recommend.
