Mad City Windows & Baths

Mad City Window and Bath came in installed our windows, patio door, and walk in shower. With all of the work that they have done for us I never had to clean any area where the did work after they were done. We would gladly have them come back to work in our home again.

Installers were on time very courteous and professional. They kept a very clean and neat work area and finished in one day. We are very satisfied with the job, it looks great.

Great! The work was minimally intrusive and professional. They cleaned up the area and the whole process was quick and easy.

We wanted new better windows. They came and assessed, measured and gave a suggestion for an option to put in a much bigger window. They were very thorough on making sure we were on the same page with the final decision. The before and after pictures explain what we did. They came in Jan and were done in 2 days. We now spend 90 percent of our time in this room all year long. Love the lifetime warranty. Very impressed and would definitely recommend this company.

Yes, we have 100% confidence in their product. However, after a 2 hour meeting something between a game show and time share experience, we were so not impressed with the sales tactics. We actually had to guess the price, before he gave it to us. What??? Quoted us $24,371 (that is with free installation). Fiberglass tub/shower removal, install new, solid color, plumbing, faucet and California glass door. And a new shower fan. Okay, well, said we would think about it. Then, after about 20 minutes he brought the price down $3,000, after talking on and on and on about something that did not make sense. Okay. Well, why not give us the best price initially? Frustrating. And, yes, we will get some more quotes. And after that, if that is what it costs, fine. I am thinking I can spend $5,000 on jaw surgery and 2 years of braces to fix my bite, so I can continue to eat. A retainer for 2 years and monthly adjustments. And spend maybe less than $20,000 on a shower.

From sales to install and service, went well and on time as they stated. In 3-4 months from the order, windows were installed. When service was needed, in 2 weeks someone came out. These are very good timelines. Professional and insured companies are very busy, so I was comfortable after the front windows were installed to have them replace the back. They look great, and I also had the interior molding replaced, which was old and scratched. I would not hesitate to have them do future work. I highly recommend them. Laura and Tony #452278

I had a tub to walk-in shower conversion. From the very first visit to the final clean-up they were nothing short of professional. All details were taken care of and they were beyond helpful with any questions I had along the way.

Terrible. They plumbed the hot/cold the wrong way and installed the wrong door. Opened a ticket but 2 days later it didn’t matter as the ceiling came down in the floor below. Apparently they didn’t connect the plumbing correctly and water was leaking since they turned the water back on. Caused a lot of water damage which they did fix but our house was tore up for a month and now our woodwork, drywall, paint etc no longer matches the rest of the house. No discount offered. When pushed for compensation they offered a 13% discount but only if we agree not to tell anyone about our experience which is not a sign of a reputable company. Finding so many others that have had similar experiences but have been “hushed”. Wish I had known before spending $15k with this company 😢

The crew was prompt and thorough on a very windy day. Even with wind conditions making it impossible to work on windows from a ladder they were still able to finish the upgrade in less time than estimated. The staff also worked with us to get pricing and payment schedule that worked for us.

They were timely, professional, and the end result was fabulous!

The process was pretty simple and easy going. We replaced 6 windows with 5 (we combined 2 into one large one) and Mad City did a fine job with the windows and the installation process. They were in and out in one day, everything was cleaned up and it was in the dead of winter. So Kudos to the gentleman that do that job in the elements.
