Mad city refaced our kitchen cabinets and did an amazing job! They walked us through the entire process, making it super easy and completed the job very quickly. My cabinets look fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an update.

The end product was completely unacceptable. Problem after problem. First they put the wrong window in, refused to fix the mistake until I authorized payment. 2 months later the new window finally came in(bay window) but looks awful. Nothing lines up, they had to make fabricate siding to fill in the gaps because the measurements were off. On top of the my wall was damaged when the window was brought up the stairs, had to fill with putty and repaint. After window was installed they just left without saying anything or allowing me to look at it while they were here. Emailed the day but no response. Update: After damaging the siding to my house, then cutting out a part to find replacement they ended up not able to match the siding after scheduling 3 different appointments to install siding(each time wrong). They then said the solution was for them to give me the wrong siding then for me to buy more and pay a company to reside my house. So they damaged, cracked and cut out parts of my siding then their solution is for me to repair it myself. Have them on the phone taking full responsibility for damaging my siding.

Mad City Windows and Bath did a good job removing my old walk in bath tub and installing my new shower/tub combo for a reasonable price. They took good measurements and custom fit the tub/shower into the space well and did a good job with the window trim kit (there is a window in the shower). Good job overall and would use again.

Mad City replaced our bathtub earlier this summer. They were on time, quick, clean, and professional. As promised, the entire project was completed in one day. The bathroom is right next to my 1 year old’s room, and even though I told them not to worry about being quiet while she was napping, they turned off their radio and had all conversations in the garage anyways. When they went to put the bathroom door back on, some of the veneer came partially off of the door (through no fault of their own - it’s an old door we had been meaning to replace), and the technician went back out to all the tools he had packed up and put a few screws into the veneer so we would be able to close the door still. The tub is beautiful and low maintenance. Even though it was more expensive than some other companies, their service and quality of product made the cost totally worth it. We would 100% recommend them and plan to use them again when we are ready to remodel our master bath.

We had windows installed a few years ago and a patio door installed this spring. Sales person was very informative on the product. Quality product, flexible scheduling and a wonderful warranty

They were excellent!! Even our building inspecter stated to us that they have never had an issue with Mad City. They Do excellent work.

Loved my shower remodel! Took them 3 days and they finished on a Sunday and 8 months later it’s still perfect. In love with it !

We were very pleased with the removal of our old shower and the installation of our new one. The crew was very polite and efficient. Everyone was professional and friendly. It turned out to be a two day installation due to this old home needing some extra TLC, but they were punctual and professional throughout the whole job!

We absolutely love our walk in shower. Our previous one was very old and out of date. They informed us during installation we would need new plumbing installed as well. It was nice that they told us that because we had issues with water pressure and since they replaced it we didn't have anything wrong. They cleaned up after themselves very well. And it only took them 1 day and a half from start to finish! We are having them come back to do our upstairs bathroom as well.

Pricing was better than other companies for the product quality I received. Installer arrived on time, was neat, professional and explained all he was doing.
