I love it! They did a wonderful job from the salesperson to the installers to the repair person when we had a minor leak. It was quick and I am so happy and impressed with the final result.

The salesman was very informative and didn't push us into more than what we wanted. They had our new walk-in shower done in 1 day! The father daughter team were careful to keep our floors clean. We had a great experience with Mad City and would recommend to anyone! We love our new shower!

They replaced our shower/bathtub. From the beginning they arrived on time, kept me up to date on delivery and install day. I love how the bathroom turned out! The men that came were on time and very professional & friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and any questions that I had were all answered to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up as if they had not even been here. I had nothing to clean up after they left. I would use them again if I had the need.

Had an old bathtub replaced with a new one. The installer did a good job with the installation, the new tub looks great!, The reason I gave them only a 4-star rating was for 2 reasons; first the installation took a lot longer than expected - was told it should be a 1 day install but actually ended up being a 2 1/2 day install, which meant I had to take extra time off of work. This was not the installers fault, it just took longer because my old cast iron tub needed to be broken apart to be removed. But, it would have been nice to let my workplace know about how long I needed off before hand. The second reason for the 4-star rating was the customer service after the sale. I called their customer service about a month or so ago to see if I could obtain some of the caulking that matches the tub color and also some touch-up paint that also matches the tub because I noticed a few scratches in the tub. That call took place about 2 months ago. I was told my questions were going to be referred to a representative, but as of yet I have not heard anything. Ted N. Job No.: 510103

Mad City did an amazing job! They took out our old bathtub and put in a walk in shower in a day. They also cleaned everything up. All we had to do was enjoy our new shower!

I needed a walk-in shower. The team removed my old bath tub and shower. Installed a beautiful walk-in shower with grab bars, and two acrylic shelves. The team did all his work in one day. Great job.

We agreed to an estimate for new windows. Our house is 120 years old and we had no idea what to expect for cost. The person doing the estimate said we had some rot and mold, so we decided to replace the windows. The day of installation I asked the installers to let me know before the removed the moldy rotting windows so I could take pictures because we did have a home inspection done (recently purchased home) and felt that should have been noticed. Later in the day, a supervisor came to check on things and asked me about the mold/rot. I told him what we were told and he said there was no rot or mold. He told me he'd check into it. That was December of 2021. He never called me back.
