Mad City Windows & Baths

Mad City was quite professional all the way through our kitchen cabinet refacing. Sales came around with a big variety of choices, then within a couple of days another worker came around to measure and to diagram the work areas. The scheduled an appointment to do the work and it was all taken care of within 2 days. The crew came in protected the area for debris and flying dust. After they were done, the showed me each piece that they worked on and asked me if it met MY standards. They cleaned up thoroughly. Couple days later I received a call from Mad City asking the same questions and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and if there was any issues with the work. It was a quality job, done with quality products, as a year later the cabinets still look as good as the day they were installed. Very prompt and courteous during entire process. Accommodating when we had to reschedule install with 2 hrs notice. Overall pleased with experience.

They did every thing promised. We did put a different shower head in to get more pressure.

Mad city replaced out outdated jacuzzi tub and shower combo with an elegant and large walk in shower and glass door combo. We love the product and do not miss dirty grubby hard to clean tile and grout. Mad city’s products are easy to clean and so far have been flawless in operation and quality. Even though it is a bit on the pricey side I feel we got a value in a long term product that it is designed to be. Will use again for future other bathroom updates!

They completed my porch windows. They were fast. I didn't have to wait long to set up appointment. They educated me on their products and went through the paperwork. I love my windows. The workers were diligent and able to complete 5 windows in one day. The quality is wonderful. I recommend them.

From the consultation to installation they were always on time & super friendly. They informed us every step of the way. We had some hidden plumbing issues that could have caused significant & costly problems. They were so great about quickly coming up with a work around that saved us money and ONLY lost us a few days to get it completed. The workmanship is fantastic. We would highly recommend them.

Having the representative come out to our home was a great way to get information about the company and the work that would be done. The representative walked us through a quote for a kitchen reface and some other upgrades, as well as replacing three windows in our kitchen. We decided to go with just the windows and hold on to the quote. The rep said that because we went with the windows that day, our pricing on the kitchen work was locked in. We will be reaching out to the company to validate this. The window installation time frame from the initial visit, measurement and installation were all within the quoted times, so we were very happy. Unfortunately, one of the windows arrived damaged. The installer could install it as is, so we didn't have a hole where a window was supposed to go. A new window was ordered and installed shortly after. Job No.: 372475

The Mad City installers were on time. They were very professional and courteous. We’re pleased with their work. Two of the screens had small tears which they repaired before leaving. The warrantee form they left required an invoice number which was not entered. We were assured when we called the office that the number is no longer required. Gerald Clark

We had mad city remodel our kitchen cupboards, sink/facet, countertop, and they built us a custom pantry. The process was seamless and the installation went efficiently and smoothly. The guys on the job site did a wonderful job and were very respectful since I work from home. The end result was beautiful and we're enjoy our new kitchen everyday! All staff were professional and respectful. We love the quality and look of our new walk-in shower and everything - removal of the old tub and installation of the new shower - was done the same day. I appreciated they covered all the flooring to protect the tile and carpeting and sealed off the bathroom to contain the dust.

They were great to work with. The guys who installed were wondering. And when I noticed Something I missed I called and they fix the issue same week.

We had a bathtub removed and a shower installed. The work was done quickly and the installers were professional and polite. There was a good deal of dust stirred up while the work was being done that I was not prepared for, so that would be the only down side

Love our new windows! Our old windows were more than 40 years old. It has made a huge difference in our home retaining heat in the winter and cool in the summer. The are easy to open and close. We had 3 double hung windows in our living room, the salesman suggest the 3 slider window, and it looks so much bigger than the old windows. They have called a couple times to check on things after the install also.

My fiancé and I used Mad City to install two new windows. The salesperson was thorough, and the installation team was through, friendly, and professional. They did leave a bit of a mess. That would be my only down thing.

While we love the quality of our new windows, what impressed us most about Mad City was the professionalism of their staff, from the original salesmen to the installers, all were polite, respectful and a joy to have in our home. Our windows were installed surprisingly fast, the office made contact during the process to make sure all was going well and again after the installers left to make certain we were happy. The installers cleaned up after themselves leaving us with nothing to do but enjoy our new windows. I’d highly recommend Mad City Windows.

Mad City was great from the start. Typical salesmen but not pushy and friendly. He outlined the whole process and walked through multiple options with us. Install day came and went smoothly. Hit some bumps due to our house being older and extensively remodeled but it was handled and completed within one day. Our area was cleaned up and looks BEAUTIFUL. After putting in a basement bathroom on our own.... I was very grateful to have this one done! A tad pricey but you don't lift a finger and it's a day for a new better bathroom.
