We are very pleased with Mad City! The young sales guy that came out was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. We’d been thru this with another, higher priced contractor at our old house, so we knew what to expect. I appreciated the eager but not-so-hard-sell. The price was equivalent to what we paid that other place 4 years ago and materials were similar, so I thought it was fair. Financing was a breeze and went thru quickly. Installation was supposed to be somewhat delayed by supply chain issues, but to our surprise happened a full 6 weeks earlier than estimated! The guys that came to install were great. There were some unexpected things to fix inside the walls and there were no extra charges for that, which was great. They kept to it all day and when they left, the place was pristine and perfect, they hadn’t even chipped the paint adjacent to the install. They preserved the old fixtures for us (there was nothing wrong with them) and removed every bit of debris. We are very, very pleased with our purchase from Mad City.

The men were on time and very professional. They kept us informed on the progress and asked pertinent questions to assure that the shelves, foot bar and grab bars were placed at the height we preferred. They worked steadily and completed the job in 8 hours. We were very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Mad City. The only issue we had was that the floor of the shower was a bit slippery. When an agent from Mad City called to see if we were pleased with the job, I mentioned that to him, By the next day, someone came and applied a non slip product to the bottom. That is what I consider awesome service!

we recently installed a new walk in shower to replace a 1957 pink bathtub. the installers were professional and timely. the product is beautiful and easy to maintain. the cost was a bit higher than some but felt the materials used were better quality. we now have a beautiful shower which is easy to use and has safety features to avoid falls. would definitely use mad city again 2836590cr.

Things were done well, and the installation crew was fast and did a nice job without making a mess. It didn't take as long as I expected. The windows did arrive later than expected so it was harder to schedule an installation due to running a childcare in my home. Everyone was polite and they followed up after the installation to make sure everything went ok.

Mad City came out to do our windows…. All I can say is “WOW” They said it would take 3 days and that’s what it took! They said they would arrive between 8-10 am and they DID! The installation crew was awesome! They lead definitely knew where everyone was at and kept the crew on task! The interior finish is so nice! It’s way better than windows I had installed in another home of mine. The exterior trim is also amazing! It really looks nice and is maintenance free! We couldn’t be happier! Mad City was quite professional all the way through our kitchen cabinet refacing. Sales came around with a big variety of choices, then within a couple of days another worker came around to measure and to diagram the work areas. The scheduled an appointment to do the work and it was all taken care of within 2 days. The crew came in protected the area for debris and flying dust. After they were done, the showed me each piece that they worked on and asked me if it met MY standards. They cleaned up thoroughly. Couple days later I received a call from Mad City asking the same questions and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and if there was any issues with the work. It was a quality job, done with quality products, as a year later the cabinets still look as good as the day they were installed.
