Working with Mad City Windows was a very good experience. They listened to what I wanted and even accommodated a request I made to enlarge one of the three windows I had replaced. Brad was good to deal with and the installation crew did a ton of work and finished the job well. Thank you for the removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones. Travis from Mad City Windows was awesome to work with. He explained everything well and helped us when there was a miscommunication about our window. He helped us change our window type free of charge. When it came to the install day the installers were professional and cleaned up after their work. They weren't afraid to answer and questions I had and did a phenomenal job. 100% would recommend and we plan to work with them again in the future.

They showed up on time and was complete when they said they would be. Everything was clean and complete when they left. We are very satisfied with our new shower.

As owners of a near century old house, it was about time to replace our old drafty windows. We met with a couple different window contractors and could not be more satisfied with our selection of Mad City. From the initial sales contact to the day of installation customer service contacted us regularly to update on the order and answer any questions we had. We had 21 double hung windows replaced in our two story home. Four installers arrived on the day of installation and from beginning to end they were respectful, courteous, clearly competent and extremely tidy with their work. The windows look beautiful. Mad City did an absolutely stunning job of replacing our ood tub/shower combination and a brand new window. We love it every day when taking a shower. These guys worked very ho*** ** our 1925 year house to make everything fit and fit well. I wished we could have done this years ago, but it is so very nice to have it now. I wanted an estimate on the cost of replacing my old single pane windows in my mobil home. I knew I could not afford to do this now but wanted to know how much I would need to save to get the job done. Mad City came right out and told me all about the windows and they were just what I wanted but would have to wait a few years to save up enough to pay for such a job. After working with me and getting financing for me which is not easy in an old mobil home we contracted for the job to be done with monthly payments I could afford and no interest on the loan if I made my monthly payments on time. They installed half of the windows now and will install the other half when I pay off this first half. We picked out the four worse windows and they installed those right away. They installed beautiful double pane windows and casings replacing all the old rotten, moldy wood that was there giving me nice tight double pane windows and never objected to having to shovel out a path around the house.

They did an amazing job from sales to install. Super nice, friendly staff that I felt comfortable having in my home. The windows are extremely high quality and have features I love. The installer was neat, clean and very quiet (I work from home). You also don't stop hearing from the company after the sale. They check up with you through the entire process and you can really feel that they stand behind their product. I couldn't be happier and will have them coming back for other projects I have.

We had the acrylic walk-in shower with glass sliding doors installed and wow. Aside from it being beautiful, the install was the easiest I've ever experienced. Basically 24 hours from start of job they had it complete. I've had nightmare after nightmare with install teams and this one guy was a pro. He even answered questions and concerns with patience and kindness. I will say that I didn't enjoy the 'sales' process, but the annoyance was so worth it.

They were amazing from start-to-finish - communication was great (which was a pleasant surprise), they were on-time for every appointment, and the set-up and clean-up was fantastic. We love our new bath and would definitely hire them again for any future work.

The installation crew was very professional and courteous. They showed up on time in the pouring rain and got my window projects knocked out quickly while taking care to cover the installation areas with tarps ensuring they weren't allowing rain in or tracking muddy wet shoes throughout the house. They made sure to go over every aspect of the project upon completion and cleaned up any and all work areas to better than they were when they got here. Little more expensive than a few others but worth every penny!

We had some older windows with some water issues. The windows were letting water straight through. The sill had a lot of water damage and the wood was soggy. Our windows came in a few weeks and the installation only took a couple of hours. They even ran protective flashing above the window to redirect water away from the window's location. One of the panes had come cracked from the shipping but with the lifetime guarantee and repair we filled out the form and in a couple of weeks a new pane was installed in about 5 minutes. Mad City Baths was wonderful to work with. We have a 100 year old home and the shower was old We couldn't replace it ourselves because it was a unique size. They came in and measured it and installed a custom shower for us. They were on time and professional. Very responsive company. Love my new shower.

They were very helpful in getting credit. They were very careful explaining all that needed to be done. They were helpful and answered right away when I had questions. It was done quickly and it was done efficiently

They did an amazing job on a difficult Walk-in Shower Installation. It took them longer, couple hours, than they expected, but stood by their quote. We would definitely hire them again.
