Ms Sweetie and I love our new windows. It's like living in a whole different house. We also noticed the AC is running a whole lot less. The installation was very efficient, minimally invasive. Everyone from the beginning of the process has been very professional and made us feel we had their personal attention.

Mad City windows and Baths were very prompt. They allowed for a last minute change order and adjusted as needed on the go. They did the work during the coldest days of the year. They kept the area clean and constantly gave us updates on the progress or what to expect each day. Workmanship was great.

Very pleased with with look and function of the windows. They were trimmed out beautifully, inside and out. The installers were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Work was performed in the time allotted.

Every Mad City representative we worked with was polite & professional. They took the time to explain everything carefully and make sure that we were happy. Even better: our installation was much quicker than promised.

Recently had a bathroom remodel. Tim came out did an excellent job. Stayed until the job was done, made sure everything looked great and cleaned up all debris. This is the 2nd project I had done with MadCity and have not been disappointed yet.

We had two different installs completed by mad city. Our first was a new shower install with Tim. He was in and out in two days. The new shower looks great! The second time out we had the window in the same bathroom replaced. Also great work by Marty! This is our third time working with mad city windows! We were so pleased with the new shower/bath, that we hired Mad City to install new windows throughout the whole house as well! From the initial meeting to the measurements, re-measure and troubleshooting, to the install, and follow up touch up of paint after install. 10/10 recommend Pete at Mad City Bath. To start this company was definitely on the ball they called me the very day I started thinking about a shower remodel. The process was so seamless the time frame they gave me was about 6-8 weeks but had my shower built and installed in less than 3 weeks. I was told two days for installation however Pete was on the ball he got to my house promptly at 8 and worked hard till about 4:45 to complete everything. He was clean and organized and quiet apart from the occasional power tool sound it was as if he wasn’t even there. He asked me where I wanted things as far as my shelves and shower head were installed to be certain it was exactly how I wanted it. He did great work and mad city will absolutely get a thumbs up from me.

Mad City did an outstanding job in our window replacement project, in Story City, IA. Aarn and Cole, out of their Des Moines location were the primary installers and were extremely professional, and caring about their work performed. Cleaned up when they finished each day (2 1/2-day job) and it overall was just a great experience. The install happened in the timeframe promised and the installation itself took as long as promised. I highly recommend Mad City for your replacement window needs
