We were on the fence about upgrading our old shower until we called Mad City and their representative, Travis, came out and talked to us. Not only was he very friendly, but knowledgeable and really took an interest in what it was we wanted. When we settled on a new shower area, we were told that we would be contacted in a reasonable time for installation. When that day arrived, our installer, Tony and plumber, Ryan, were really great. Easy to talk with. Had to wait longer for installation than contracted but installers were prompt and courteous. Nice shower.

My dad got a new shower at my urging. He has always been a do-it-yourself kind of guy. I pressed him to accept this because he is now 86. He was surprised at the cost but he was able to get it financed. The payment is less than his monthly water bill. He also replaced a tub and shower that he had been unable to use for at least two years. He did remove the old tub and shower himself before they came. The installer was so relieved when he got there and found it all ready for him to go. He had the new shower in and finished by the end of the day. It is beautiful! Now my dad can shower in safety and comfort! Thank you Mad City!

Mad City did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. Walk in shower in a day seemed a tall task. But that’s what they did. Good quality job that turned out beautifully. The walk in shower really improves the safety of our home. Thanks Job # 479546

We had Mad City Bath first come and redo or bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. We loved that they were in and out in less than 8 hours. We Love our walk in shower. So when it came time to do our windows, we priced out windows and Mad City gave us the best deal. They again did a fabulous job and had the job done in less than day. The Whole House. They were also very courteous knowing that I worked from home to do the windows around my office area during my lunch break. Financing was also very easy through Mad City. We would again call upon them to if we have another project in the future.

We love our new shower that was installed by Mad City! We have an older home that has it’s own set of challenges and they rose to the test with each one they came across. The installers were quick, efficient and communicated with us as they went along. They were very courteous and cleaned up as they went along. I recommend Mad City if you are looking to revamp your bathroom!

I loved that Mad City was proactive throughout the whole process. They gathered the necessary permits. They called to set up install times. They checked in while their employee was working in our home. They called to make sure we were happy with the work. The whole renovation was made simple thanks to their customer service and therefore we will definitely use them in the future.

Mad City was very professional and worked with me to get me the best deal on my Windows. They were Honest about their timeline and very responsive when I called and had questions. When the installers came they were on time and answered all the questions I had, and told me what they were going to do before they did anything. I had my whole house done, so all new windows. This took two days to complete, so very fast and efficient. I also was offered financing at 0% for the first year, which is nice. The payment process is easy and can be done online. I would highly recommend this business for new windows.

BUT…if I put a sign in my yard and allow before and after pics you can do it for $16000?!?! My wife and I had made it infinitely clear it wasn’t going to happen tonight, we had both stood up and pushed our chairs in and you would not leave. Incredible. Good luck to you.
