We had them remove the very old tub and replace it with a shower in our small bathroom. Sales person explained everything without being pushy. They did an amazing job! Shower is beautiful and much easier to get into! The trim around the window in the shower was very impressive. Everything was cleaned when they left. Would recommend Mad City!

We replaced our old casement windows with beautiful sliding windows from Mad City Windows. They ordered our windows and got them in way faster than expected, and installed them maybe a week later? There was no waiting months and months before someone could come out. The guys who installed were very friendly and respectful. They did their job quickly and efficiently but also with attention to detail. The windows are such a high quality product and I couldn't be happier with how they look and function.

They replaced my bathtub/shower for a Walk-in Shower. They were professional and fast. They cleaned up after themselves too. Best of All; In one day - I had a beautiful shower to use, which I love every day I use it. Also there is lifetime warranty on it plus if the house is sold it goes to the next owner.

I love my new shower and bathroom- The staff was amazing checking in to make sure we were happy as the progress went and the installer was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in the time they told me. I would highly recommend to anyone needed a bathroom upgrade.

I had Mad City Windows install a new window to replace a large window that was original to my 1960s house. My experience was great from the start. The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable and provided several different replacement options (which I hadn't thought of on my own). While it took awhile for the windows to be ready for install, they were upfront about the timeline and the install occurred ahead of schedule. The installation went great as well and I love the look of my new window!

Honestly found their ads on social media and see a billboard sign when I go to Wisconsin. So I reached out. They came and gave me an estimate for a new bath. The service was great. They removed all the reminders of my old bath and installed the new one with no mess. The work was so well done that a year later I reached out and ordered new windows from them. The sales people, contractors and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend for those seeking a start to finish process that will leave you satisfied.
