Very professional, quick and efficient. Cleaned up their mess and had it all done in the quoted timeframe. Added a lot of space to our shower, went from tub shower to full glass shower and it looks amazing.

We replaced an existing bath with a walk in shower and the Mad City crew did a beautiful job. Top notch quality and professionalism. It took longer than anticipated- 3 days, but they kept us informed and were a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend!

We live in Rochester, MN and had a wonderful sales person Jacob from Mad City Windows come to our condo on February 20, 2023 and gave us incredible thorough and complete and honest offers on putting in four sliding doors in our condo which would fend off the cold temperatures during our snowy winters which we transplants from Florida were feeling frozen this past winter. Immediately an second Mad City staff person came to our Condo to complete the sizing and logistics for installation of the windows. It was amazing how thorough these two staff members were. Then about on May 17 & 18, 2023 an installation team from Mad City Windows came to our Condo to install the four sliding doors. The team were Caleb and Jacob and what a fantastic and coordinated team these two made. They were able to follow our express wishes to help them out by removing the railing on our back porch so they would not have to track the doors through our condo. They were also incredibly polite and and good listeners. The guys make a powerful team together and even our neighbors commented on how the workers installing the doors were so efficient and focused on the job. They were also flexible in the installing process and worked with Mad City to improve the materials needed to install the wood framing around the doors. These men were thorough, on target and friendly. They worked extremely hard and it was impressive how fantastic the final product looked once they were done. We will be forever grateful to Caleb and Jacob for their fine work and craftsmanship. The made getting these new doors a delightful experience. Mad city did a wonderful job! I just had a baby (like within a few days of the quote) and the sales guy (Zach) was very understanding and receptive, especially given that I forgot about the appointment and it was valentines day. Zach was very thorough and accomodating. He did not hover and allowed my husband and I come to a decision without pressure. When it came to instalation it was very quick and painless. They gave us a leadtime of 12-16 weeks, but I believe they came even faster than that (maybe 10 weeks). All the windows are custom built so it's priced by window installed (with the exception of the large casing window we have in the kitchen), which worked out well for us because - literally - none of our windows were standard. I noticed a scratch on my window in the kitchen, called my local office and had it taken care of the same day. It was a very painless process to have the window replaced (they come with lifetime warranties). Since the window is custom made, they couldn't come fix it immediately, but things happen in construction and it's being fixed. That's what matters. I will say they're a little higher on the price scale, however, they are worth the product. Our energy bill has dropped by at least $100, our house is much quiter, there's anti burglary steps on the inside of the window (a plastic tab that stops the window from being opended higher). That way I can keep my windows open for fresh air without worrying about people - or my dogs - to push them open.

Communication was impressive! The window install was done on the day they scheduled it. The crew was professional. And when they finished, other than having new high quality windows, it looked like they hadnt even been there, they cleaned up so well

The window installation was fantastic. The guys were timely, clean, and respectful. The whole process went incredibly smooth. We love our new windows and so do our neighbors. My only regret is not doing all my windows at the same time. I cannot wait to get the rest done and have another great experience with Mad City.

Mad City performed our tub to shower conversion and they did an excellent job. It ended up taking two days instead of one, but the installer explained why and was super communicative. We are happy with their warranty service as well. We had some caulk cracking, and they sent a person the next week to re-caulk it.

The windows and door I bought are amazing and high-quality, so I am happy with the finished product. The installation person was also great. We did have some delays as the windows/door weren't ready in time and the salesperson was quite pushy, but overall very good.

Job 515334 was for window installation. They were here when they said they old be. The installer was careful and efficient. The windows, most importantly, are efficient and look great!

FOR THE PRICE WE PAID, we were expecting seasoned professionals to be doing the installing. While these young men were very pleasant, polite and hard working, they didn't seem ready to be sent out so far on their own. There was a misunderstanding with how far out the shower would come and so they drew their line and damaged the sheetrock out that far expecting it to be covered by the shower. This was eventually repaired. There was smeared caulk that I am still trying to clean up when I get a chance and the glass leaks at the base, though very little. These poor guys were in a hurry late at night to get back home 2.5 hrs away as they had to leave early next AM for another job. To me that is all a management issue, since as I said, the workers were doing their best with what time and supplies they had. They did also send very knowledgeable sub-contracted sheet rock guys In from 2.5 hours away, but not until after another call. They had been swamped. The shower itself is beautiful!

The Mad City representatives were pleasant and answered all my questions with 24 hours. They responded to changes in my original order, without delays.

Mad City was great to work with. They kept me informed of the timeline and when it was time to install, it was a 3 day deal. Came, did demolition of the old tub, installed my beautiful shower, cleaned up and were gone. A great job and a short amount of disruption.

My husband and I purchased a house recently and a few of our current windows had dry rot and our sliding door was in horrible shape. The day we closed on our house we had Mad City come out for a quote to replace 2 windows and our sliding door. The sales guy even check another window that needed a repair and seen it to had dry rot. We talked and were able to come to an agreement on price and installation date. They had the windows in the time frame quoted. Had a great team come out and install and get our new windows and door in. Love they offer a double lifetime warranty. Love the new look of my door and windows. Job # 567714

As we were aging and my wife endured a hospitalization, we decided we needed a walk-in shower. The entire process with Mad City was wonderful, high quality, and on time. Being a DIY kind of person, it was initially hard to let others do the installation, but the products are of a high quality and the final cost was reasonable for our budget. Our new walk-in shower is a great improvement in our home and we are so pleased we chose Mad City!

Rob did a great job of explaining the product(s), process and prices involved in our bath remodel! He is a credit to the company as are the installers!! We were also impressed that our order was delivered at least a month ahead of what we were told. The installers were amazing! Very respectful, friendly, efficient, great clean up and explanation on how to maintain it. Our neighbor had work done by Mad City and she was impressed which is why we contacted and hired them for our bath remodel! My only suggestion would be to have someone from the office follow up with a call after the job was finished to ask about our satisfaction and any other feedback that would be relevant for their company. I love my new shower! Mad City gave me everything they promised. A high quality, attractive shower (where the bath tub was), in one day! The carpenter & his assistant worked more than 8 hours straight to get the job done. They were highly skilled & meticulous in their work. We liked the work so much the first time when Mad City pros remodeled our bathroom shower that we decided to hire them again for our kitchen makeover project. Friendly installers, experienced, prompt and clean. Our kitchen makeover is really nice looking and after years of living with one kitchen drawer, having more drawers is wonderful! Would recommend MAD CITY.
