The salesman was very professional and gave me a thorough description of the product and installation process which convinced me to purchase a new shower from Mad City. The installation was completed in one day as promised. I'm very happy with the quality of my new walk in shower and would highly recommend Mad City.

The project was completed quickly. Although the tub remodel was in a small bathroom, they worked wonderfully in the space they had. The workers were respectful, timely, and communicated frequently with me to help me stay informed about progress.

I love my new walk-in shower. The installers were very efficient, and I am pleased with the quality of the products used and the installation. I also love the lifetime warranty!

The Mad City team was thorough and professional and friendly as well.

Everyone was professional, courteous and punctual. The sales rep and installers were all very conscious of our space and property. Sales rep made it a point to show us all of our options for windows available for our space. The install crew made it a point and was very adamant on doing an after install walk through and function test. The company followed up and checked in with us multiple times during the install process to make sure we were satisfied with the install process.

Pretty dang good with lifetime warranty on work. The work could not have been better done; the shower looks immaculate. Installers were very pleasant and professional. My one gripe is the "act now!" FOMO of the sales pitch. They threw in a free barn-style shower door after I said I'd think about it. They did do a decent job of justifying the fairly high price of their materials, but I think I would have enjoyed a nitty-gritty line item explanation of how they came to their pricing. Even if it was just "Yeah these are round numbers with some profit margin figured in. The custom printed stuff costs extra because the printing process etcetera etcetera." I'm 50/50 on considering the again. The work and the product is supreme, but yeehaw that price
