We had a great experience with MadCity doing our shower. They made our bathroom look so updated and modern.

Mad City was able to come to our house to give us an estimate within 3 days of us calling. We were really impressed with the product and with the time it took to install. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up. The warranty is also something you just cant beat. We are really thankful that we chose Mad City to install our windows.

I’m 100% happy with my new walk in shower. No more old oversized tub/shower. Shower products came quickly set up appointment following day and six hours after installation started I had my shower. They cleaned everything up beautifully ( inside and out )

With the excessive heat we've had of 100 degrees, our house is staying cooler than it ever has in the 25 years we've lived here. And we expect the same great energy savings this winter. Was a little upset. The sink was cheap, was supposed to be an under the counter. It was not, so I have an issue with water. They did not not finish caulking around my countertop. I would give them 3 stars

We contracted Mad City Windows & Baths to install a replacement shower for us. The work crew was punctual and professional yet friendly. Before beginning the installation, they asked us to look over all materials to be sure that everything was as ordered. They also checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were satisfied with their work as it progressed. They completed the job the same day, leaving both the bathroom and their outdoor work area spotless. We are very pleased with the quality of our new shower and our overall experience with Mad City.

Great experience and very happy with my new shower! I was kept fully informed on the progression of my shower from initial order, product arrival, setting the date, and installation. Unfortunately I can’t remember my installers name but he was great! Arrived on time, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up before he left. Even put up with my giant dog! I would definitely recommend mad city to anyone that is considering remodeling a bathroom.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Mad City Windows and Baths. Mad City replaced a tub with a walk-in shower. My representative, Matt Wirnsberger, was extremely knowledgeable about the choices I need to make. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted in colors that flatter the rest of the bathroom. I got a great shower that will last a very long time.
