Mad City Windows & Baths

We were looking into getting a walk-in shower and reached out to Mad City Bath. The process from the estimate to the installation was very smooth. Installation took about a day and a half, was great to not be without a bathroom for a week or a month. I would recommend them to anyone!

There seem to be a lot of bathroom remodel companies out there, but I'm really glad I went with Mad City to install two new showers in my home. Their work was of excellent quality--not just put over the old showers to make them look good. Their employees were very professional and knowledgeable, and the entire process went very quickly. I couldn't be happier with my two new showers. Definitely go with Mad City!

I love my walk-in shower! I had one small shower and a whirlpool jet tub. I could not use the whirlpool anymore and where I store my towels was over the tub, which was becoming very dangerous for me. I decided to take out the old shower and put a new shower where the tub was. I am so happy I took a chance on Mad City Windows & Bath for my project.

Mad City windows did a great job installing our new windows. Initially we only wanted two windows in our house but the sales rep helped us decide to get all of our windows done and save money on our bills. The install team came and had the job done in one day. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up everything after they're done.

I had my windows installed last year and was so pleased with the service and quality that I called them this year for my tub/shower install. They were very professional, made sure they covered my flooring with tarps before working on the project, and cleaned up everything perfectly. My shower was ready 4 weeks early and they were patient in setting the install date due to the fact that I wasn't ready. They were prompt and completed the job in the time frame they predicted.
