Truly Professional and great company. Their Process for the quote was effortless, and it was not like twisting an arm. The job was done greatly well and the tub and tile are beautiful! I've had no issues at all, and I get lots of compliments. Everyone I dealt with, from the customer reps on the phone to the sales agent to the workers, was extremely nice and professional.

Recently had work done by Mad city and they did not disappoint. They replaced my basement windows that were falling apart and broken with beautiful hopper windows. Since having the inital call to come out and have a look, the job was done way sooner than I had expected. So far I am pleased and happy with the work they did! I highly recommend!!!

Terrible the sales man sterling lied about everything just to make a sale this was for my 81 year old mother in law he told us it was slip proof weight bearing then knowing he lied he put in the contract to leave a mat which was not left and being it was supposed to be slip proof weight bearing my mother in law slipped and sprained her foot there was wood left in the plumbing and gave terrible pressure they did come fix that and the hole in the vinyl then asked my mother in law to sign a paper saying I wouldn’t sue she refused and he said he would contact me about my google review I will not change it due to the lies from beginning to end I’m currently talking to a lawyer I plan to sue

Very friendly and efficient customer service and a wonderful product! We absolutely LOVE our new showers installed by Mad City. They even fixed two problems with the plumbing that were preexisting, with no extra charge! We highly recommend!!!

From start to finish we couldn’t be happier with our new Mad City shower makeover. We got everything we picked out and asked for. It looks better and even bigger than we expected. I got a new bathtub/shower combo, new tile, and plumbing done by Mad City Windows & Bath earlier this year, and I have never been more satisfied with any other company than I have been with them. The job was done extremely well - the tub and tile are beautiful! I've had no issues at all, and I get lots of compliments. Everyone I dealt with, from the customer reps on the phone to the salesman, to the workers, was extremely nice and professional. And on top of all that, IT WAS ALL DONE IN 1 DAY!!! I couldn't believe it! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a bathroom remodel or needing to have any work done.

From the quote to the installation, everything went smoothly. I was really impressed with the installation. A one day installation that is complete with NO problems at all. Professional installation technician. Did every aspect of the project. Kept me informed as to requirements, how long he would be and locations of installation of components. Mad City installed a sliding glass door for us while we were selling our home. We were hoping the new door would help it sell. Well it sold before it was installed. Mad City replaced our 1957 tub and surround with brand new shower. It was quite an upgrade.

We were looking into getting a walk-in shower and reached out to Mad City Bath. The process from the estimate to the installation was very smooth. Installation took about a day and a half, was great to not be without a bathroom for a week or a month. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mad City did a wonderful job in tearing out and replacing our original shower with a new one. Top notch service!
