From the very first meeting with the salesman to the final product, we were very pleased and very impressed. The product was clearly explained and the end product lived up to its billing. The professionalism and workmanship were excellent and we are very happy. We only had a couple of questions and they actually have real life customer service!

My name is Debbie. This company installed windows for me. I couldn't believe they didn't reschedule as cold and snow on the ground. But sure enough they didn't they showed up. Luke was very professional, polite and detailed oriented to the job. I had windows put in my other house decade ago. The difference in those and what was in this house, was as different as night and day. When I saw these windows I knew they were worth every penny and I'm very tight when it comes to money. These are think and insulation all around nothing is hollow. If you need windows call this company tell them Debbie sent you. You will not regret it.

We had another company slotted for our windows until we realized that they wanted to charge me $15,000 for a door. So that made me wonder, what else they gouging me with. So with that my husband found mad city windows. The gentleman was out the next day talk to us was very honest we explained that we wanted triple pane windows, he told us flat out that triple pane windows are for hurricanes, not for Kentucky so that would be a waste of money, which that honesty was the first building block of trust with them. We were getting ready to go out of town, and we explained to the gentleman that you know we don’t wanna go back-and-forth. We want your best price for double pane window for all the windows in our house , they wouldn’t be able to be installed till mid January when we were back from Christmas vacation. They called us while we were on vacation set it up for January 17, they were here at 8 o’clock. Our windows were installed in 0° weather. These men and this team, and this company, Are what companies used to be 20 years ago. It was so nice dealing with a professional company that knew what they were doing that had answers if you had questions and were very nice and professional as they were doing their job. I recommend them 2000% .

We hired Mad City to install a new shower and everything went smoothly. The salesman was personable, descriptive, and not pushy. The installation was done in a day and everything was cleaned up well. I love the product and it has really improved our quality of life.

The epoxy garage floor was completed in a day and it was professionally done. We are very happy with the results.

The installation crew did excellent and quick work installing our new bathtub and shower. They had to take a bit longer due to issues left by the previous owner (water damage, compromised drywall), but all of this was handled by Mad City and communicated clearly throughout the process. We are also quite happy with the quality of the product. The only negative is I will have to re-do the caulking on the wall edge of the tub/shower with a paintable caulk, since what they used cannot be painted on. Overall, though, I feel Mad City did an excellent job and would definitely recommend them.

Thanks to Mad City again! We had them replaces windows previously and are very happy with them. We had our small shower stall replaced with a tub size one. The guys were on time, removed old stall, then replaced subflooring & 3 surrounding walls. Then new shower was installed with ceiling, fixtures and shelves. We did have the non-slip coating applied. This was all done in one day. The guys were friendly and professional. After the completing the area was clean and ready for us to use after the waiting time for caulk and coating to dry. All the do's and don'ts were explained to us regarding cleaning shower surface. The warranty was also explained. We would recommend them if you were looking for a replacement shower. Very professional individuals. Listened to what I wanted. When it came to installation of my Bay Window, they brought a crew that worked fast and got the job done, and cleaned up , was like they were never there. Very friendly, were great to work with. When I had a problem, (I put a small tear in the screen) they were right there to take care of it. My dogs love sitting in the window, and the neighbors are jealous! Nice job guys! The salesperson was very clear in describing the product and the process. The windows are excellent, keeping out the drafts this frigid January 2024 . The workers were courteous, careful, clean, efficient. I had no clean-up to do when they were done, they had done such a careful job.

the work Jesse King did on our new shower install was what we wanted and more. His work was very good and he worked very hard. When he was done he cleaned up his mess and it didnt look like anyone was ever here.

Installers were professional. They let me watch most of the installation and answered any questions I had. They put down things on the living room floor, so it wouldn't get dirty. Put tarps in the bathroom, all around, to keep the dirt at a minimum. I was very pleased with all of their work.

Mad City replaced my master bath shower. The entire experience was terrific, from sales presentation, to customer service/follow-up. Kudos to Aaron who single-handedly installed it in one day!

Mad City Windows did an AMAZING job on our windows! The process, from beginning to end, was fantastic! Everyone that we dealt with was great! Tyler and his crew, who installed our 10 windows, were so great to work with, they addressed all of our concerns and the clean up was fantastic! I highly recommend them for new windows!

Truly Professional and great company. Their Process for the quote was effortless, and it was not like twisting an arm. The job was done greatly well and the tub and tile are beautiful! I've had no issues at all, and I get lots of compliments. Everyone I dealt with, from the customer reps on the phone to the sales agent to the workers, was extremely nice and professional.
