Dr. Rooter 911

Made a Milwaukee suburban 7am call on time. First to respond to my call. Reasonable even though they brought 2 guys. Thoroughly checked their work for leaks.

This company showed up when they said they would, completed the repair in a timely fashion, and were professional & personable.

I asked for an expensive camera look. But the technician stated that they could do some cheaper methods first to find the problem. After he finished the work. The problem was resolved and at a much cheaper price then I expected.

Dr. ROOTER (John) showed the caused and provided next steps in addtion to other alternatives to help prevent the issue from occurring again. He was very informative.

Technician was extremely friendly, on-time, and did the work in an acceptable amount of time.

If someone has a basement backup, I would tell them to call these guys.

These guys were great and gave me some helpful tips to avoid the problem in the future..... and they had an AWESOME sense of humor!!!

Overall very pleased with Dr Rooter. They helped us diagnose a clog issue which turned out being tree roots. They took care of the problem, but indicated it might be recurring, so they went ahead and shared ideas for preventative maintenance to prevent future issues. I appreciate that type of service versus other guys who might say their visits are the only solution. We all know better... Thanks Dr Rooter.

I C ALLED LATE IN DAY AND THEY WERE HERE IN APX 1 HR AS PROMISED......THEY HAD DRAIN UNCLOGGED IN ABOUT 5 MIN THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEGIBLE AND THEY WERE POLITE....I WILL USE THEM AGAIN....
