Description of Work: I hired John's Tree Service to remove a row of very large bushes and 1 tree from my property so I could have a fence put in. He did a great job taking everything down to the stumps and wanted the remainder of his money at that time. He stated once I had the utilities come and mark the ground he would be back to take my stumps out. It has been a week since the ground was marked and I keep getting excuses. The equipment broke, really busy, will try and fit me in. So I guess at this point I will have to hire someone else to finish the job. Very disappointed since he was referred by the fence company. Seems John has some personal issues going on right now.
