Everyone we spoke with from the office staff, the sales rep and the installation crew were all very professional, friendly and efficient. They found a few issues during the job but took care of everything with ease. Cleaned up the area when completed and explained the new system. Price quoted is what we paid. I highly recommend!

Jack was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process for our AC replacement and the technicians were awesome during the install. Our AC went out during the first heatwave of the year. We had a quote from another company that gave us the whole, "we'll give you a call back tomorrow to set up the install" after telling us that we needed a new AC and still haven't heard back, BUT I'm so glad we didn't hear back from the other company as there were other red flags that I overlooked during a time of panic. Master Services provided great communication from my first phone call to them until the job was completed. A major reason that I knew I didn't want to even bother calling another company for an additional quote is because I felt that the customer service received from this company was well worth the money spent. Replacing something like an AC feels scary as a first time homeowner, but Jack was very thorough in explaining the costs, information about the AC unit, and what to expect during the install. The technicians were very courteous and worked really hard while they were at my home. Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely be utilizing their services again.

The Technician Could not work on my Dryer Vent, he seemed Unfamiliar with it, he Did not do anything. I was still Charged 100 Dollars.

Professional, started on time, cleaned up when finished, showed pictures to us while progressing through job. Air quality definitely improved from their work. Money well spent to breathe healthier.

Charged over $1000 for installation of a filter available online for $150. Trainee duct cleaner did not fully clean as I had been told by a salesman. No response to these complaints when I contacted the company. Also, no manual except brief installation instructions were provided. No written guarantee although one was promised. Do not even knows the brand or manufacturer.

Prompt response when I called to have my furnace cleaned. They stated $2000 in repairs should be done. We thought we might replace the furnace instead. We got a second opinion and felt their prices were too high.
