Customer service was excellent. Everyone from the person who first answered the phone to the guys who did the cleaning were friendly, professional, courteous, and thorough. We can tell the difference in the air quality already and our furnace sounds quieter too.

Extremely over priced. Refused to give an itemized bill. Way out of line in prices. Would not give a labor charge. Insisted on a huge blanket charge. Would not give itemized bill. Insisted on a permit that was not legitimate. Terrible service. Overcharged service. I would not recommend them. Wanted to be paid before he even looked at the problem. They deserve no star at all for the service.
