Eric did a great job fixing a leak in our AC.

Do NOT hire this company for plumbing service. Be very wary!! I would not give them any stars if that was an option. They were hired to re pipe my house and this is what I got as well as many untruths. No city permit (I was told they did not need one if just replacing pipes) city inspector said they did require a city permit. Did not replace piping from the main- leak in main water all over 1 copper main and branched off to plastic for everything else Used ½ inch copper pipe to supply water to feed 2 bathrooms -should have used ¾ inch pipe sharkbite fittings (sharkbite fittings is a repair fitting) Only replaced some of the galvanized pipes with copper only partial replacement Used plastic to water heater with sharkbite fittings Did not replace most of the old galvanized t-joints No hangers on anything they were to install a bathtub and just hooked up the tub to the drain, did not put plaster of paradise under the fiberglass tub even though the instructions called for it. took apart the sink and left water on at the end of the day -only to have my toddler turn on the water and flood my . Stains on carpet ceiling tiles broken and not replaced holes in walls of bedroom from bathroom because of too long of screws used

Danny was friendly and professional. Did not rush the service even though he was under a tight schedule. Gave good explanations to all my questions.

He took the time to understand what noise I was hearing from the pipes, then found the problem and fixed it. Excellent service. Also replaces a toilet tank flush valve with a quiet great quality one. Very satisfied. Would call them back for other projects if anything else comes up.

They were one of the few HVAC companies responding at this time of the virus. The only reason I would not use them again is that I'm basically out of their area and I would like to find a closer company for the future. They did have to order a board for my furnace, then only to discover after they installed it that the gas controller was also defective so the initial investigation didn't reveal this? Both Thomas and Devonte came out putting on gloves and shoe protectors while I wore my mask, they explained all that they were doing and offerred other information for possible future improvements to my system for reduction of my allergies. Cost was a little up there and luckily the parts were still under warranty.

The workman kept suggesting more services needed until I just said no. I had to call him back because he forgot to turn the furnace back on. That was unacceptable.

Office people were so nice and friendly. Service and sales were fantastic!!

Ed showed up on time and fixed our problem. He explained in detail what went wrong. Very professional and and thorough.

Thomas arrived promptly on Christmas Eve and between having to drive 2 hours to pick up a part and installing and testing, he was at our home for close to 7 hours. He was incredibly professional and did not mind me standing over him asking questions. He also worked with Carrier to persuade them to cover the part even though our warranty had expired. I can't say enough about him and Master Services.
