ThermaTek Heating and Air - Jamey Jamrosz, HVAC Specialist/Owner gave me a quote over the phone. I agreed to have him come for any evaluation of my AC. He arrived within 3 hours of my call. After checking everything out, he explained my options and the cost of each. I decided to go with the repair option, which he proceeded to complete the same day. Jamey was fast and personable. I will follow up with him for my HVAC needs for my condo. I will recommend him to my condo neighbors.

Project was to find why my duplex's one furnaces was roaring and the other cycling too quickly. I was given an appointment quickly, and was shown exactly what the problems were. One could be repaired, but was only slightly younger than the other, which was too far gone. ThermaTek gave me a good discount for replacing both, and they were installed in less than 12 hours of my first phone call.

I had an issue after the installation was completed, I called the company that same day, no answer so left a voicemail for a return call, I am still waiting for that call.so I got a call back from the technician a day later issue now resolved.
