I liked everything about them. They were honest, hard working, fair priced and responsive. They arrived when they said they would. The installer was good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The owner came out and estimated the job, and came in dramatically under the quote from home depot, with better materials and more immediate installation date. The installers came one time, finished the job in the exact time allotted, and did exceptional quality work. Left the house with no mess, cleaned up after themselves perfectly, and were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Adair's flooring is a family business. We were treated as if we were family. Rob prepared a quote from the drawings and information I provided. It was one of the best experiences we had. We worked with a couple of other firms who didn't seem to know what they were doing or who were very rude and/or expensive! The sales people spent hours helping us find carpet that came very close to matching the color and pattern of our 40 year old immaculate green wool carpet from our living room. The installer Gary Fink arrived precisely when promised and did an excellent, excellent job on a very timely basis. He cleaned up very well and was very pleasant and professional.

Installation went very well. Adair showed up on promised date, and finished within the estimated time. No overages. Very professional job.

I was very, very satisfied with them. I was having a hard time figuring out the flooring. They were so accommodating and patient. Probably two or three times, I went in and completely changed my mind and they never got impatient. They are very accommodating and willing to give me options and stuff. I was very pleased with them. I have two rooms that need carpeting and I would probably go with them, if we do decide to do that. He was very professional and willing to work with our contractors. Even though we did not go with their company to remodel our bathroom, there was never any hard feelings and he never made any comments or anything. They have a lot of options for flooring. I was trying to get vinyl flooring that would blend with our cupboards. We were there one Saturday and the owner's wife was there, and they didn't make us feel like they were rushing us. They kept helping us until we made up our minds. They gave us samples to take home. They are just very, very accommodating. They were a little higher priced them some places, but you get what you pay for. No company is 100% perfect. They are a little higher priced, but they are a smaller company. We had a couple little glitches with punctuality, as far as what they said and what I thought they said.

My experience with Adair Floors 'N' Mor' Inc was excellent. They came when they said they would and they did a very nice job. Everything was great when they were done.

Had Rob come out and provide estimate on pergo floor in kitchen. Decided to go with them, he advised he would be on sight throught project, which he was not. Got home to find flooring somewhat complete, though they had to come back to fill in gap near edge, and replace a board, though the quarterround remains somewhat chewed up near bottom, though they did their best at reattaching it. They did follow up promptly and proffesionlly in the end and it looks fantastic. If you need flooring, tile, etc. check out their showroom in Franklin, we'll be back for future remodeling needs.

They did a good job. They were professional, came quickly and once we went into the store they were here to measure immediately. They put the floor within a week or so.

Their estimate was very competitive. We decided to go with them because they also take care of moving furniture around as well as installing and reinstalling appliances and plumbing. They also have very convenient store hours and are open on weekends which again added to the convenience factor. The owner was there to supervise the job in progress and the floor was installed to our satisfaction. When we had issues with the transition pieces to the existing hardwood floor in the foyer, the owner was prompt to return our calls. They listened to our concerns and explained our options and helped us understand why they decided to install the transitions the way they did. They also took their time to make sure that the new quarter rounds match the existing oak moldings. The floors look great.

Wanted a new floor and visited Adair's show room. We discussed the pros and cons of tile, laminate tile, hard wood and laminate. I chose to go with the laminate because of wear and durability since I have dogs. I took home about 15 samples and Mr. Adair came out the next afternoon and gave me an estimate. I didn't have to look any further. He returned the samples back to the store so I wouldn't have to. We scheduled an installation date within two weeks and I gave him a deposit. I had to make a trip out of town and was gone longer than I expected. I called the office and they rescheduled me for the date that was convenient for me. The crew arrived on time at 8am and finished about 2pm. They were polite and introduced themselves as soon as they came in. Mr. Adair checked in on their work twice during the job to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Some of the hand stained quarter round was a wrong shade and he brought in his stain samples and we went over them and will be replaced within the week. No questions asked. WOW. I couldn't say enough about this service. When the crew was finished, they completely cleaned up everything and had me go around with them to double check everything to my satisfaction. The crew of David, Justin and Martin worked well together and I couldn't thank them enough.

From the competitive estimate throughout the process the folks at Adair have been professional, friendly, and very prompt in follow up communications. They provided tear out of old flooring and shower tile. Problems encountered due to the structure of the house were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. The work covered our family room, hallway and bathroom. They were on time and communicated delays, due to tile shipment issues, promptly. They worked with our schedule to minimize down time. It has been a pleasure working with Rob and his team. We will have them back for additional work in the future.

They were patient with me picking out the type of flooring I wanted. They were punctual, good with detail, and they were cleanly. I was very impressed.

TOTAL GUT AND REMODEL OF OUR 2ND FLOOR BATH; WE DID THE DEMO OURSELVES. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, ADAIR RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY AND WERE PUNCTUAL. ONLY SUB'D OUT PLUMBING AND THE PLUMBER WAS ALSO PUNCTUAL. QUALITY OF TILE INSTALL WORK WAS EXCELLENT. DUE TO OUR OLD HOUSE PLUMBING ISSUES, THEY WORKED WITH US TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION. I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE VANITY THEY HAD IN THEIR SHOWROOM, AND I NEGOTIATED, SO I COULD BUY THE VANITY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY WOULD INSTALL. BUT I HAD TO BUY THEIR BRANDS OF TUB/TILE/COUNTERTOP/AND FAUCET/FIXTURES. CUSTOMERS WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DUST, CLEANUP, PUTTING DOWN TARPS, ETC. AND HAD US SIGN A WAIVER. SINCE IT WAS OUR 2ND FLOOR BATH, THE CLEANUP WAS A LOT; I THINK IT SAVED US $$ AND WITH THE PRIOR REMODELING JOBS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED, THE DUST TAKES A FEW MONTHS TO GO AWAY ANYHOW. AS IN ANY REMODELING PROJECT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUES, AND ADAIRS CORRECTED THEM PROMPTLY.

TROUBLE COMMUNICATING WITH OFFICE STAFF. OVERALL, A THOROUGH TEAR-OFF AND COMPETENT INSTALLATION OF FLOOR TILE. CAULKING AND RE-ATTACHING SHOE MOLDING A LITTLE SLOPPY.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE ESTIMATE AND WILL GIVE FEEDBACK WHEN WORK WAS FINISHED

THIS IS A COMPANY MORE GEARED TOWARD CONTRACTORS, BUT IF YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE MEASURING AND FIGURING OUT HOW MUCH TILE YOU NEED, THEY HAVE A NICE SELECTION. THE PEOPLE ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHILE CHOOSING YOUR FLOORING. AFTER SPENDING A BIG CHUNK OF TIME CHOOSING SOMETHING, I ORDERED TO FIND OUT THAT MY WALL TILE CHOICE WAS ON BACKORDER UNTIL 2002. THE SALES PERSON SEARCHED OTHER COMPANIES TO GET MINE IN A MONTH INSTEAD. AND WHEN I DISCOVERED AN ERROR IN MY FLOOR TILE ORDER, THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN HELPING ME STRAIGHTEN IT OUT.
