As of today we have not finished the project because we are waiting for a new unit from the manufacture. But so far I like Matt and am confident things will go well. A real pro.

They had to come back twice, once for an electrical issue, not their problem, and another time for a leak. They re-did the pipe from the water heater to the water inlet. They were very quick to respond both to our issues and to our initial request for a quote. Actually, no other company responded to us, so it was good that they were such a great company.

I selected Collins Plumbing to add the rough in for our a bathroom in our basement. Throughout the process, they were easy to contact, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We asked him to give us a quote for a new bathroom installation options. He examined the house thoroughly and gave us detailed quotes very promptly, as requested. We are still deciding which option to choose at the moment. (this might take months to decide.) But it turns out we needed our existing toilet replaced right away and he took care of it for us. He patiently answered all my emails and many texts with questions about the ONE toilet. He cleaned up well afterwards and took all the garbage and the old toilet with him. I know I can be a very picky customer. I found a great sale online and he was fine with ordering (with no markup!) and installing at a great price. I will also give him 5 stars for patience and kindness!

You are not obligated to use the contractors provided by Home Depot for installations. We saved ourselves $240 by using Home Advisor and Collins Sanitary.

I ended up cancelling my service call because we decided to do this project ourselves. HOWEVER- I was so impressed with how quickly this contractor called me back after putting in the information to Home Advisor that I wanted to make sure I gave him a good review anyway! I will surely be calling him next time I am in need of a plumber due to his lightening fast response to my query, his courteous manner and helpfulness on the phone.

Ryan is fantastic, he came in for what I thought was an estimate but he actually arrived to do the job. He and Cory worked fast and diligently. They did a fantastic job running gas piping into my kitchen for a new gas stove. They were very friendly and conscientious about my home. I enojoyed having them do the work. We had a small issue with an LP leak where they tapped into the existing piping but this is more an issue with the older pipes that were existing in the house than with Ryan's work. When Ryan found out that my LP provider had to come out and repair a gas leak, he was very apologetic and immediatley offered to pay for the service men I had to bring in from the LP Company. I will hire Ryan again for ANY of my plumbing needs. There will be a lot! Bathroom in the basement, remodel upstairs bathrooms, plumb lines for water to the appliances, etc, etc, etc.... Ryan Collins, Collins Sanitary was very good and we will do business again.

Left message on a Sunday night stating work was non emergency. Had a call back at 7 a.m. the next day and water heater replaced by 4 p.m.

Received a prompt response from my inquiry. A unique tub drain repair requiring creating an access panel installation in addition to the repair. All work was done quickly and professionally. Everything looks and works great. Very pleased with the work performed and will call Ryan again should any future plumbing needs arise.

I received a quick call back and same day service from Ryan. The water heater repair was quick and successful. Ryan also did a couple of other tasks after arriving on a new project I had just started. I would definitely recommend.

Ryan responded promptly, arrived when he said he would, was professional, and was easy to work with. He suggested a company's products to look at, and where to look at them, which made it easy. Another company could not tell me where to go see the products they sold! Once I made my choice, we scheduled a date, which is when the work was done.
