They are very personable

I was told by Debella that if there was an overage on shingles, I would receive a check for that overage. I was charged for 33 square and only received 25 according to the warranty. That is 8 square difference at approx. $400 a square. I called them and also talked to the salesperson and never heard a word from them. Would not recommend them to anyone!! The construction crew was great. But DeBella did not live up to their word. Would not hire them again.

I do not know yet they have not approved me yet for financing yet. So I do not know what is going on yet.

We hired DeBella because they were the only company that asked to look into our attic to see what the roof looked like from underneath and to see if there were any leaks. None of the other roofers did this. They worked fast and were extremely tidy. My only complaint -- and I suppose this is minor -- is that we gave detailed instructions for a couple of issues to the salespeople. It was evident that the salespeople never passed on this info to the crew doing the work because they called us on every single issue. It was just a little annoying. And when they failed to re-install our weather station, they sent a worker to put it back on at 6 a.m. on a Sunday morning. But overall they were very thorough in explaining how everything worked and we are pleased with the final product.

I had two representatives Jeff and Harrison come out and throughly check out our home to see what we would need to make our house safe for many years to come. When it came time for the financial situation that I had concerns about they were more than willing to work with us and get us a payment plan that we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend working with this family owned company.

They were roofing in the rain, roof leaked and Dabella has not agreed to fix damage.

Roof looks great. Happy with the product. The demo/quote process is a bit looooong (by a bit, I mean really long).

They did excellent work from beginning to end. My only complaint is the expense. But I did accept it.

This company and employees were very helpful, polite and informative on updating and installing my front room window. It did take longer than usual for this project due to the fact that the window is no longer made in my size. So we had to wait for awhile. But it was worth the wait. Both my husband and I are greatly impressed with this company and our window. We have even had compliments on it. We also found that this window brings in more light than the old one. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for replacing or adding windows.

I hired them because the price was in line and the estimator seemed honest. The week they were scheduled to start work they called and said that they had decided not to do the job after signing a contract and having our deposit for two weeks. We have yet to get our deposit back. Next step is the lawyers.

I hired them to replace my roof. As far as I can tell (since I will not get up on a ladder), they did a fine job. However, the work crew did not communicate with me about their schedule and when I needed to be around. They also did not clean up much at the end of each day, though they did clean up after they completed the work. The person who planned the job was great to work with.

Jeff and Josh did a great job representing their windows and I feel comfortable with them doing the job in my home.

Truly enjoyed working with the beginning stages with Lauryn D and Bob. You two were outstanding to work with.

A little on the expensive side, the project went smooth no issues. Great customer service and warranty. Great financing options.
