Air North is a fabulous company. They are smart, prompt, and quick. It has been wonderul working with them, and we would highly recommend them to others.

Promptly scheduled, arrived on time. Provided a lot of useful information, very professional. Provided a complete estimate that was easy to understand. Asked for rebate/tax credit information - have not heard back from them on this part of it.

They were great people. I do not remember the price that they charged me on the fireplace but the furnace was probably $4,500. They were very responsive. I called them when I had questions and they answered. I had something that I was concerned about and they came out and looked at it and there was no problem.

Have used Air North Energy since 2010 after purchasing Trane furnace. They service the unit annually and are always punctual, efficient, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. During the last annual service, the motor was louder than it should be so it was replaced under the warranty. I have been extremely satisfied with the service. I have also referred three neighbors to them and they too were very satisfied with Air North Energy.

The install was quick and looks great.

They discussed with me what the best option would be with the new heat pump installed after which I was able to go ahead and chose a nice unit. They are extremely thorough and do the right calculations as well as formulations for my house. I know this for a fact because I work in a similar industry where people do not do the calculations anymore. The concerned person who comes out knows what he is talking about and is the owner operator which I like because if any issues come up he will handle them right away. He is hundred percent honest and I can trust him while he is in my house.

Since finding Air North on Angie's List several years ago, I have continued to use them for all of my heating and air-conditioning needs. I have been fortunate to have the same service person visit our house and he has gotten to know our system well. I have been very pleased with air north for several years, and would recommend them most definitely. They do what they say, they stick to their bid, and they explain the pros and cons when you need to make decision.

The guy who did the job is amazing. He did a lot of stuff, and he did a good job. He works professionally. He was a nice man, and he really knows what he was doing.

They were supposed to show up at between 1 and 2:00. I took the day off work to meet them. Thay called at 12:30 and said they weren't going to be able to make it today could we reshedule? I reluctantly agreed. I confirmed a guaranteed appointment time which they showed up for as promissed. They repaired my fireplace insert quickly and even painted the metal surfaces!! Great job!! I am very pleased after an initial disappointment with the first appointment, but they made up for the error and then some!! Vry good work!! Would definitely use them again!! We continue to use Air North for our heat pump service and repairs.

They are always prompt and honest. They only will schedule one furnace tune up a year, so when they came out recently they told me that I didn't need a tune up since I wasn't have any problems with it.

I used them in the past and the service was great. But now they just dont return calls. This week my hot water tank broke and I wanted it replaced. I called twice over a few days and still no call back. This happened as well last year. I am done with them. I dont know why they get such high ratings.

The technician was quick and efficient with the repair. At the same time he checked and cleaned the air filter to our gas furnace. He definitely went the extra mile providing courteous service. While I dont remember the price I paid for the repair, I do remember that it was reasonable. A week later, I had my furnace tuned up for the winter. I would definitely use them again!!!

When I called, the person who answered was helpful and profesional. The owner of the bussiness (Eddie Perdomo) came to take a look at my furnace promptly. He was honest and thorough. Presented all the options and let me choose what would be best for me. I did not have to wait long before he came and replaced my old furnace. The job was done very well and I am happy with my new furnace. Eddie was profesional, courteous, skille and did the job well at a competitive price. I would recommend him to anyone.

We scheduled an appointment and Eddie came out when scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. We had used Air North in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called for Furnace servicing, was given a window of 12-1 PM. I promptly got home by noon from work awaiting the technician. By 1:30 PM, noone had so much as called to explain why they weren't showing up in the promised window. NOT punctual.I decided to use Angie's List to find another provider. When I called to cancel with Air North, the lady was very rude and hung up on me while I was trying to tell them I would be going with another provider. Not professional

Prompt response time, knowledgable, answered all our questions and discussed repair/replacement options. When we decided to replace the furnace, he waived the initial service charge.

They were great. They came in and diagnosed the issues and recommended a new furnace which suited me so I told them to go ahead and install it. They recommended me to clean the ducts before hand and so we had the ducts cleaned by another company. It worked out really well for us because we had to get the heater.

Very responsive on the phone. Asked if I had heat (they were helping those without heat first). Since I did have heat, we scheduled an appointment for about a week out. The only problem I had was they gave us a time window and since it was over 30 minutes past the time, I had to go somewhere, so I missed the serviceman's first visit. He left a card and I didn't understand that I was supposed to call him back to re-schedule. A call from him to tell me he was on his way would have been helpful. However, this was a minor issue and they did send him back out a few days later. He (Eddy) was very friendly and had a positive attitude. He also was very instructive about the furnace. This was the second time I had service from Air North Energy. The first time (about a year earlier) was more urgent (no heat) and turned out we hadn't sufficiently cleaned the filters. Eddy came out and didn't even charge us full price for all of his time. In short, I would highly recommend this company for furnace services. (I believe they service water heaters also.)

Air North Energy was very responsive when I contacted them (6:30pm on Thursday - they called back before 7:30) and offered an appointment the next day. When I requested a Saturday appointment due to my work schedule they were more than accommodating. Eddie Perdomo was able to replace my ignitor quickly and serviced the furnace at the same time. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable about his furnace. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.I will definitely use Air North Energy again for my heating and A/C needs. Their pricing was quite competitive and service top-notch!

He is more knowledgeable. He is very thorough. I hadn't come back one extra time, and he took care of it. I thought I had a problem that I was not having; but I needed him to explain. Everything was fine. I had a question; he came out and solved it. My daughter has also used him.
