Warner Roofing is probably one of my favorite contractors to deal with. Their pricing is fair, their employees are fast, professional and will show up when they say they will. Erica (the office admin) is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I've had several projects done by Warner and will always include them in my bidding process.

I'm a fan of Warner Roofing. As a realtor it's important to have quality companies to refer my clients to and Warner has always been fantastic for roofing situations. This time I needed a skylight replaced in a rental property so I turned to Warner Roofing and they did not disappoint. They are responsive, professional and do quality workmanship. I will call upon them in the future for all my roofing needs.

Great crew,great attitudes, good follow up best price. Check em out...enough said really but hats off to these guys having had the opposite experience recently on my last home.

There were parts of this job I wanted to talk about, I had dealt with them before and it was frustrating about getting him to come back out. They will not get my job because I only get to do this once so I need some one to cater to my needs for that purpose. They used to have a good rating with Angie's list, they do not any more from 2 years ago. There are not as many reviews posted for him any more. They would be using good materials. they need better communication about the estimate. They called you back and punctual, courteous. The bids are very complete.

The bid was reasonable was good, they did good work. They charged me more for a different piece of sheathing that was different thickness. They were timely and cleaned up the job site when they were done. They let my renter know when they were coming back and were very good with them. They did not tell me that they had to do something not covered under the contract. I felt that they should have called me or maybe took half the cost. They quality was good and also with the pricing. They should up when they said they would and finished on time.

Very pleased. Well organized office. Response is excellent. During normal hours there is always someone to call / ask questions / get updates on schedule. Due to changing weather, date of work was changing - I always was getting timely updates. The best day was selected in accordance to weather forecast: making sure there is no rain on the installation day, but also at least couple of days after. I got professional answers to all the questions I had. What is important, I felt I could trust these answers. No upselling for more costly products / services. Honest description ( cons and pros) for all options. There were situation, when the office encourage me not to choose more expensive options as it is not worse the money. Work was done quickly. All cleanup was done perfectly. Can not judge on true quality, as I am not a professional roofer, and only over month passed since installation, but visually roof looks accurately installed, and I have no obvious issues so far.

Warner replaced the roof on our 1250 square foot home in one day. The communication was fantastic leading up and the job and getting details on down payments. The only break down in communication was that they had a chance to start the work a day before we had planned on it and the crew showed up unannounced at 7:30am a day early to get started. The work was completed in just one day, and they left no evidence that they had been there. All the debris was cleaned up and we are so happy with the work. Warner was by far the lowest bid out of 5 that we had done and have family that has used them in the past and we are glad we chose them to do the work.

The job went well. He gave me a professional quote in advance. They showed up on time. The roofing project went quickly and they did a nice clean-up afterwards. There were no real issues with the job, that I know of. They found a lot of rotten plywood that they had to replace. All in all, it was a good, clean, professional job that was done well. I got three quotes for their job, and their prices were competitive. I had one issue. I had a satellite dish that I wanted completely removed, but they ended up reinstalling it.

They did a great job, came on time and were clean. They picked up everything including the nails. They cleaned the garage because it after the roof was done all of the debris had gone there, they blew it clean. They also cleaned the patio and the driveway. I also like them because they have a 10 year warranty. I had no problems with the roof and I have had tons of rain since the repair. He was recommended by several people that had mentioned they were pleased.

They were very quick to come out and look at the roof where it was leaking around the chimney. The estimate arrived very quick, but I had to go out of town for 2 weeks, so contacted them the week I returned. They came out the same week and were here and gone the same day. They arrived on the day they said they would and cleaned everything up, I found no debris to pick up when I got home from work.

Mike, Kathy and laborers did a great job in all areas. Mike took a look at the roof/chimney leak on Feb 12 when there was still snow and removed debris that was backing up water. Roof repairs were under warranty since he had also installed the roof in 2007. Additional needed truss repair was discovered "at the last minute" and he went the extra mile to fix it at a reasonable cost. Kathy made communication easy with her frequent phone calls to give status updates, answer questions, and coordinate work. The "A" rating is well-deserved.

Mike was on time for estimate. Looked at roof and provided 2 suggestions for repair. I selected option to replace valley. Cost estimate was lower than others and Mike guaranteed work where a few others would not due to age of asphalt roof. Took a while to schedule work due to weather. Work was done between weather fronts in an afternoon. Web site very informative and office personnel were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely start with this company first for future roofing needs.

They did a great job! They were very attentive and communicated extremely well. They kept me in the loop while they were doing our work.

I contacted Warner roofing to come out and give an estimate. Mike showed up at the exact time he said he would. He came in an I explained what work I wanted done. He Gathered the information he needed and said he would email me with an estimate within a couple of days. I am not sure of the date he gave the estimate but it was around April 1st. All future contact was done by emails. Around April 3rd Kathy contacted me with the proposal which was about $1700 and asked for a 10% down payment if I accepted. I accepted and sent the down payment. She responded on April 8th and stated "they are about 2 weeks out and she would contact me regarding the schedule", I heard nothing from them for over 4 weeks so I contacted Kathy on may 9th and said " you stated you were about 2 weeks out but you have not contacted me" I asked her to contact me as soon a possible. On may 10th she contacted me and said "So sorry for the delay we are getting pretty busy, We have you on the schedule for May 14th depending on the previous job we will be there between 8 & 11am. Please let me know if this works for you". This was only 4 days notice and did not work with our schedule because their crew would need in our house to do some work. So I replied "I thought you would be contacting us to schedule a date. My wife and I work during the week and since your crew will need to be in our house we will need to schedule a date for this". I then gave her the information that my wife would be off work as of June 18th and would be available anytime after that. I then did not hear from her until July 2nd where she stated "We are ready to schedule your repair" and asked if we were still available at any time. I replied yes except for 3 days in July. She again replied and said "I will contact you with a date". Again I did not hear from her so on July 22nd. I sent an email and said " is there any outlook on when you plan on doing this job? I think I have been very patient. Please let me know" she replied on July 23rd and said "Looks like we can be there July 29th between 7:30 and 8am. please let me know if this will work for you". I replied "Yes this will work fine". On the day the work was done the crew arrived at 9am not 7:30 or 8 as Kathy had stated. The workers finished the job but there was part of the job that I thought was going to be done and was not. I had the workers contact Mike who is the owner and asked him about it. He proceeded to argue with me and state that is was not part of the job that he had proposed. We came to an agreement on this part and he even deducted $50 off the total for the misunderstanding. Which I appreciated As for the work it seems they did a good job but I am not happy with the time it took for them to schedule the work. I think almost 4 months is not good business. I do except some responsibility as we were not available during the week until mid June but there was no attempt on their part to schedule it. if there was more notice then the 4 days they gave me I could have taken a day off to get it done sooner.

They were very professional. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 10.

Mike Warner (Owner) is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. His crew did an excellent job re-roofing our home and they took care of some other issues I asked them to address, they also did a few nice things that I didn?t expect. The work site was completely cleaned at the end of each day and the job was done on time. Warner Roofing exceeded my expectations.

We had one other quality bid and a third bid we would not consider, but Mike Warner was the only bidder who actually went into the attic and examined the underside of the plywood roof sheeting for mold and other issues. He was also the only one who understood a building permit was required in our unincorporated area. Warner roofing offered several options in roofing materials and explained the advantages/disadvantages of each as it applied to our home. They also noted a few things that could be done to make the new roof last longer. We authorized some additional work to eliminate potential trouble areas from a bathroom vent and an area where clerestory met another roofing angle. We also took their advice in replacing aging plumbing vents which were plastic with lead units that would not get brittle and potentially crack. We selected a very high grade Pabco architectural shingle that required a more complex placement which the crew handled very well. The original job estimate was for two days with a full crew of five. Mike was on the job at the start, at the end of each day to inspect and at the end of the job. A few hours of a 3rd day with only two crew was required to finish. We felt that was reasonable. The crew were all experienced, worked well together and got the job done. In addition they cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job. I want to add that Mike didn't just stand on the ground and give orders but was all over the roof examining every detail of tear off and installation and went back on a few areas and made some further changes to the work that had been done. We are very satisfied that Warner roofing did exactly what they proposed at the price proposed and within a very short time frame. We felt the 10% down payment at the start of the job was very reasonable as was the total cost. We also liked the 10 year workmanship warranty Warner Roofing provides in addition to the manufacturers 50 year warranty of the shingles. When the time comes to re roof my shop I will choose Warner without hesitation.

Warner Roofing came out to the house on time even though the weather was not the greatest. They commenced to ripping off the old roof and bad plywood while dodging the occasional spring shower. By the end of the 1st day, all the old roof was removed and new felt was in place. The crew covered the work area with big tarps to protect it over night. the next day they showed up on time and finished up the roof. The new roof shingles blend in very well with the older ones. Unless someone told you it was just partially re-roofed, you would never know. Thank you Warner Roofing and Construction Co!

I contacted Warner Roofing for a quote on my roof replacement and was very surprised at how reasonable they were and how knowledgeable they were on the products. I chose a roof shingle that would not have worked on my home andthey explained why. They directed me to what would work and it saved me on cost. Warner Roofing had their crew arrive and started demo with speed and professionalism. They tore off the roof, gable boards and gutters very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The replacement items were installed and clean up was great. The workers were very friendly and acted professionally. I have dealt with many subcontractors in my career and Warner Roofing exceeded my expectations.

I called after we noticed a leak on our ceiling. I spoke with a very polite and helpful receptionist. She took my information and suggested that it might be a week before someone could come out to look at our roof, it was Tuesday and Thursday was Thanksgiving. She called back to schedule someone to come look at it on Wednesday which was such a relief. Mike was right on time, checked out the leak and the roof and explained the problem. He was knowledgeable and thorough and honest. We received a quote by email and in the mail the following Monday. We are so impressed with their professionalism and would hire them in a heartbeat to complete the repair when the time is right.

Mike Warner is patient and thorough. His large crew installed our roof by 4 pm on the same day they arrived around 8 am. Mike came back and double-checked their work a few days later. I was also impressed with the cleanup. They did a very thorough clean up, considering what a mess it was taking off the old roof and replacing it.. We got three bids, and we are so glad we chose Warner Roofing.
