AMAZING! I had a small leak in my bathroom I needed repaired. Jose & Jr. Were incredibly kind, on time, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop with the repairs. They not only repaired the leak, but they resealed everything on the roof!  Great work and great guys. Iâ m new to town, and Pro Tech Roofing will now be my go-to company!

Pro Tech Roofing recently replaced our roof, and they did an incredible job. They were always on time, communicative, and worked very hard until the job was done. The crew was always very professional and friendly. I did not expect the roof replacement process to be such an easy and enjoyable process, but Pro Tech Roofing made sure that it was. I highly recommend Jose, Cesar, and their team.

We decided to go with Pro Tech because of online reviews, and presentation from Cesar Ramos, general manager. The job started promptly and was completed in a few days. It finished badly. After the final jobsite clean up we noticed hundreds of nails visible that penetrated and splintered the finished underside of the roof overhang! IT LOOKS AWFUL! Cesar said Pro Tech would take care of it by sending someone to clip the protruding nails so that they would be flush with the finished surface, and repaint the splintered wood. All Pro Tech did was put a thin coat of paint on the protruding nails. No nail clipping or splintering repair was attempted. IT STILL LOOKS AWFUL! Cesar Ramos also told us Malarkey (shingle manufacturer) required the use of longer nails to meet the specification to qualify for the 40 year warranty. (In talking with two Malarkey employees, shorter nails should be used in the overhang areas.) Spending thousands of dollars and winding up with an unsightly mess that will be difficult to fix, is very upsetting. Pro Tech has completely ignored our further attempts at communication.
