Upon our return we found numerous problems, ranging from holes in walls, exterior paint peeling, and most egregiously, a renovation of our bathroom that took place without our knowledge and to an much inferior standard to what we'd had before - they replaced our pedestal sinks and nice fixtures with a $99 sink/cabinet combo that they didn't even bother to caulk down, replaced the tile floor with linoleum, and replaced original wood molding with rubber cove base. All of this took place about 5 months before we moved back, but we were never notified and were surprised with it on our return. In our subsequent efforts to determine what happened and correct the problems, we were repeatedly given misinformation, found that the company had extremely poor records of what had taken place, and were generally treated quite badly. We are now in the process of taking them to small claims court over their breach of contract, and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
