Awesome. Couldn't have dealt with a better group. He is a professional. You can trust them. You pay for what you get.

We got the installation through Clark County. They have a book of customer letters of different companies. We looked through that book, and they had the most positive responses.

They did the installation about seven years ago. They are very good. A couple times we had problems with it, they responded quickly. The problem would have been better if they would have noticed. Something was rubbing on the case.

They do heating and air conditioning, so they come out in the fall and in the spring. They were the original contractors on the house and they did install  the system. They haven’t added of fixed anything.

We were in need of an air conditioner as the home we bought had forced air but no A/C. WE chose three companies to compare and set appointments. Ed came out from Home Energy Group and bid on the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over the details of installation and equipment. We went with H.E.G. because of the price and recommendation from a neighbor who had used them in the past. They installed a Rheem 3.5 ton A/C, ran additional duct work for a large room, changed out the thermostat and added a remote sensor that we can use anywhere in the home. Great work, very professional and a super price compared to the other two companies. We will continue to recommend H.E.G.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday and it was very cold. My wife found an emergency number for Home Energy and the owner, Brian, answered even though he was in the middle of playing golf. He then called us back but didn't have the part we needed. When the part was available he came out and when he manually rotated the blower motor (the problem part) the motor started right up. I elected not to replace it then (thinking maybe when it went out I could just "help it") and he was very gracious about it. When it did go out completely a couple of weeks later I called him at about 8pm. He actually came out to our house at 9:30 that night and replaced the motor, and didn't charge us anything extra for the call (he even credited us the prior service call). He was pleasant, straightforward and completely professional. I would recommend him very highly and plan to ask him to recommend other service providers that we need for some electrical work.
