The DryTime technicians masked off everything in the room to contain the drywall dust/insulation and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. They understood the importance of their job to us since we just had a child and wanted to assure his environment was as clean as possible before moving back home.

We had a flood in a beautiful, recently remodeled powder room. DryTime responded quickly and professionally and the employees were patient and knowledgeable. That gave me a great deal of confidence in their work. They spent several days evaluating moisture content in the affected areas and then took on the task of demo-ing the PR. The guys were all friendly and did their work quickly. Hopefully, we’ll never have a need for them again! But if we do, you better believe they’ll be the first ones I call!

Josh and the other technician were great. So helpful. They used their water meter and a cool little camera and found that everything was ok. I was mainly concerned about the floor that showed moisture on my "Amazon" moisture meter but they explained concrete is cold so that doesn't mean a lot of moisture. So nothing further was needed. They were very helpful and explained everything very clearly. If I ever have a problem again (hope not!) I would most definitely call them first.

DryTime came right away and removed flooring in bathroom & tore out damaged ceiling (underneath bathroom floor). Measured and assessed wetness & mold upstairs & downstairs. Brought heaters & blowers out next day and dried both the upstairs bathroom & downstairs drywall & ceiling for 4 days. Than again taking measurements, making sure all was dry & mold free. The crew was quick to respond & took great care in making sure I was comfortable. They were great!

The service from DryTime was beyond excellent! Aris was at my house within an hour of my call to the company (it was a Sunday). He did the inspection and got dryers set up and running. Two days later, he was at my house again and did all the demo work (quite efficiently, I might add!), and set up some more equipment to continue the drying process. He was very personable, friendly, and competent. I really enjoyed working with him. There were some issues with my insurance company that Ben really helped me out with. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did and how quickly the work was done. Thank you DryTime!!

Very professional. They installed several fans and dehumidifiers above and below the water damage. They placed the equipment and then they came back frequently during the process to take new moisture readings and ensure the job was done thoroughly.

I can’t recommend DryTime enough. We experienced water damage in our master bathroom that seeped below into the downstairs bathroom of my parent’s living space. Our plumber recommended I call them since the damage was going to require drywall removal and drying out the inside of the walls and flooring. I received a call back within minutes and their technician Adam was there within the hour to evaluate the situation. He was the kindest guy who helped walk me through (multiple times) the process, which included asbestos testing and how they gauge the moisture levels to determine what size fans they need and how long they would have to run them. My elderly parents live below us, and my father has dementia. I explained to Adam that their bathroom (where the extra water had seeped) was a place that my dad couldn’t have things moved around because of his disease. We have posters with teeth brushing guides and routine check-lists for him. Adam and his guys were so understanding and made sure to have the smallest fan possible in their bathroom and came more times than they would have normally to check the moisture level so they could remove it as soon as it was safe to. They took care in preventing a disruption to my dad’s sink space and were diligent about tacking the cord away from places he could trip. Adam was always a text away if I had any questions or concerns. On top of my wonderful experience with the technicians, the management was easily as great. Ben in particular helped me understand the insurance process and how it all works with my claim. He truly cares about the customer and that they are treated fairly not only by DryTime but by the insurance adjusters. I felt advocated for from start to finish. I would recommend DryTime to anyone and if I ever have water damage again, I won’t hesitate to call. Thank you so much to the whole team.

The guys at DryTime did an amazing job. Adam was amazing at answering any questions I had as well as making sure I knew exactly what was going to happen in order to sanitize and dry the affected areas in my home. Every person I was in contact with was kind and made sure I was aware of what was going on in my home hone at all times. Everybody was punctual and extremely professional. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. This was my first time needing services like this and though the circumstances were out of my control Adam and his team made me feel like I had some control back as well as an understanding of what was going to happen during and after this process.

DryTime Restoration did a great job in drying out a water leak in my Kitchen with minimal demolition. They used good drying equipment to dry out the moisture under the kitchen sink. Definitely recommend their services

Came home from a family trip to find our master bedroom, bathroom and dining room flooded. Despite it being a late Friday night, Drytime was here within 20 minutes and worked thru the night into early morning. Very professional and proactive!

These guys are awesome. A pipe burst in our home in the middle of the night and we didn't discover till the early morning after flooding multiple rooms. They were immediately responsive to our urgent need, handled the mess swiftly and thoroughly, and resolved quickly with our insurance. Most importantly, they were well aware of the emotional side of having our home destroyed, and over-communicated and were empathetic and understanding throughout the entire process. We are so grateful to work with this crew through this mess, and would highly recommend to anyone.

A technician was able to come out the day after I called to make an appointment! He was thorough with the inspection. He found a small leak that was coming from a pipe for the master bathroom's shower. He showed me some pictures and a video of the leak. He offered to send them to my iphone! He explained that it would be necessary for me to have a plumber come out to do the repair. Since this company offers free estimates, there was no charge for the visit.

DryTime is by far the most professional and fastest water damage restoration business in the area. Their first class service is consistent and their well trained employees work fast and efficiently. They came as soon as I called and was able to set up and extract every bit of moisture to prevent mold. The flooring that buckled due to moisture damage actually returned back to normal because they did such a great job. Hands down I definitely recommend their service if anyone wants the job done right and professionally.

The week before Christmas, we had a leak in our roof, and the water seeped in and damaged the plaster in the walls and ceiling of one room. I contacted three companies, and DryTime was the only one that responded. Adam came out promptly, tested the walls and ceiling to verify the extent of the water infiltration, showed me the results, and explained their process. Once the roof was repaired, Adam and team came out, did the work to clean out the water damaged areas, and treated the entire area to eliminate any mold or other contaminates. They were careful to protect the house, and did a good job cleaning up. Ironically, the carpet protector they used left adhesive on the wood floors and an oriental rug. DryTime sent a technician, Joseph, out to clean up the adhesive - no hesitation, no reluctance on their part. A very pleasant group of people to work with, responsive, professional and considerate. While I hope I don't need their services again, I know who I'll call if I ever have water damage again.

Drytime came examend our crawl space and gave us their plan to dry the crawl space. Drytime was very professional, they arrived to our home on time every time they came. They cleaned up after themselves so my wife didn't have to. For the last two weeks we had to have them come to our home every day to check how the drying was going, even on the weekends. Not only where the people that came to our home to work professional and courteous but when we had to call the office for any reason the office personal where very friendly and helpful. If we ever have any damages that Drytime can fix they will be my first and only call.

Our incident began 12/21 we sought another restoration company and as of 2/1 our home was still not dried out. This was the first time dealing with a water leak, we knew that things were not going as they should, we felt extremely helpless and alone, until we called DryTime Restoration. They were out the same day to evaluate our situation and began the dry out process the very next day. They were able to get in and get our home completely dried out in less than 2 weeks. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate with their services. We have shared our story with family, friends and coworkers and recommend DryTime Restoration to everyone.

Everything went great!! They were able to put a lock box on the front door so I didn't have to be there every time they came in to check the moisture in the house. They kept track of how things were drying out and did a thorough job making sure all the water was dried to prevent mold. The team was very respectful of our home. even though I told them they didn't need to worry about the floors because the house is going to need a lot of work, they still made sure to vacuum up any dust or pieces of dry wall. Ben has been great working with our insurance company to make sure everything is done correctly. I would have felt lost without their help! I cant say how much I appreciated their service! When our lives turned upside down in a matter of minutes Ben and his team have been there to help guide us on our road back to home! We would recommend them to anyone! Looking forward work working with their second company minute man construction for the build back!

We had Aris come to our home to do a moisture inspection about a week after we had a pipe break in our house. He was at our house less than two hours after we initially called him. (for a non-emergency!) He was there for about an hour while he did a thorough inspection. He found a spot that was very wet that was apparently overlooked by the company that we were using to dry the house. Without his help we might have rebuilt with moisture still in our floor and risked mold in the future, I wish we would have called DryTime in the first place to avoid the whole headache.

DryTime was out w/in 24 hours of my phone call. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous from the gal on the phone to everyone who came out to my house. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and skill level of everyone I dealt with at this company. The men who came out to complete the work were a pleasure to deal with and the gal I dealt with on the phone went to great lengths to make sure all the mitigation work that needed to be done was covered by our insurance company and did not request any payment from us until she was sure we had received payment in full from our insurance company. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs mitigation work done. Thank you DryTime it is difficult to find such qualified and honest people to deal with!!

Every person from Drytime was respectful, kind, genuine, and overall enjoyable to work with. They did an excellent job in our home and I honestly don’t think we could have asked for anyone better.

After discovering the leak late on a Sunday evening, I contacted DryTime looking for help. Within the hour, a friendly and helpful team member arrived at my home and helped to ease my concerns. Using a thermal imaging device, we were able to discern the source of the leak. Once repaired, DryTime took the reigns and completed an assessment of the incurred damages. They kept me in the loop during the drying phase, and each member of their staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend DryTime to anyone experiencing a water or sewer damage situation.

Refrigerator leak, and so it sucked up the flooring and it took about a week to dry it out. They did the remediation, so they moved out the cabinets and took up the flooring. He checked in another room, and water had seeped into the other room, so all that flooring had to come up. So, their companion, who is another company.They do water damage and mold. They dried things out and treat the mold There was a little mold, they didn't need to do any treatments for it, it was near the cabinets. I thought it was expensive, but they did a good job. You get what you pay for. They were much more thorough than another company I had a few years back. I didn't do any comparisons. I paid it, so I can say they did do a good job. The quality of work was very good. They always let me know when they were coming.

They came in and tore out the shower floor and dried it out with blowers and dehumidifiers over the weekend. They were prompt, respectful and professional and all the workers were extremely courteous.
