The crew determined that the cleaning would do more harm than good. The offered to stop the work. They changed the method to do less harm to aging shingles and treated the roof at my request. They were honest and knew their job. Unfortunately the roof needs to be replaced soon. They helped me identify a looming problem.

The crew arrived late because they switched mine with another job and no one told me. Some debris remained after the clean up. I may have had more debris than average but the pieces left behind were very visible.

Reasonable price. If I had removed the leaves myself, I would have removed all of them up to the fence. He left a row of leaves on my lawn that matched that on my neighbor. Perhaps he thought we were deliberately composting them.

cleaned all of the crud out of my gutters and washed the outside of my 25 year old gutters. they also aligned my downspouts. very professionally done and I give them the highest of recommendations

They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was done. My only complaint was they ran late on the job before mine and did not call to let me know. I was the one to call and find out why they were not at my house at the scheduled time.

The men provided me with information about my roof and adjusted the work that could be done. They cleaned up after the job. They were polite and friendly. However they arrived about an hourlate, from the scheduled time.

Dave was great to work with. We had issues with a wasps nest near the top of our roof that was difficult to get to. They told me about it and had to leave after taking almost an hour to set up. I got the wasps removed and they came back and didn't charge me for the additional time spent. The roof looks like brand new. I've already recommended them to a friend.

D & C came on site to give an estimate for gutter cleaning that turned out to be fair and reasonable. They responded to communications in a timely fashion and did a good job. I would hire them again.

D and C came out the same day to give me an estimate on cleaning the gutters and down spouts and putting moss kill on the roof. I asked for a senior discount to which they agreed and gave me a written bid. We were not able to have the job done for 21/2 months. (Life got in the way). When I called back, I identified myself and confirmed the price and they were able to do the job within a few days, so we scheduled a time when I would be home. On the day of, they called to say they were ahead of schedule and could they come early. I was not home and my husband said, "Yes." My husband has a progressive debilitating disease and is not involved in these kinds of decisions so he didn't even know about the bid or the discount or even what they were going to do. When I got home an hour before the appointed time they had already been here, done the job and charged my husband full price which he paid. When Dave found out he called me immediately and provided a refund. This company responds promptly to communications and concerns. They are pleasant to work with and did the job in a timely manner. I wasn't home to observe their work but as far as I can tell, they did a fine job.

The estimate was given promptly and was very reasonable. The power- washer respected my requests for care in certain areas. I would hire them again.

Great job on finished project gave bid immediately. Crew here the next day. Misunderstanding of job. Didn't know I had so much moss to remove. After further communication the bid was higher than first quoted but we came to an agreement on price. Nice crew and took before and after pictures as I requested. I will recommend them and use them again. Note... I was not home when first bid was quoted. Otherwise may have realized he didn't observe the roof and moss, only gutters.
