Service for a broken shower valve exceeded my expectations. Warren in particular was polite, professional, and answered my questions and kept me informed of the diagnosis and solutions. Would recommend 10/10!

Deeply dissatisfied. When I called D&F Plumbing I was told their technicians were experts in locating and repairing water leaks in residential main lines. Since the water was pouring into the street and their reviews looked OK I paid them $499 to send someone out to fix the leak. The technician marked a 7 foot length where he heard the water start and stop and left me with a $10,000 estimate to replace the whole line. I dug up where he marked. The ground was hard and dry. I called a second plumber who within an hour located the leak 15 feet away and replaced the threaded joint between the PVC and copper pipes for $1400. I sent photos to D&F and asked for a partial refund since they didn’t find the leak and provided no service and was denied. I do not recommend this company for finding water main leaks.

Great communication from the office and with the Plummer who stopped by. I was able to have the same plumber come back and do the work once the initial assessment was completed. I am happy that I no longer have a leaking hose faucet! No more winter freezing pipe worries.

Noticed my carpet and drywall were wet and did not know where it was coming from. I contacted D & F Plumbing and they came out right away and discovered a leak in a water line in the wall. They were professional, respectful, and took care of the problem immediately. They helped me not only fix the leak but also helped coordinated a mitigation company to come out and dry everything out for me. I would definitely recommend D & F Plumbing to everyone! Thank you guys!

Description of Work: The service rep came to our place and we discussed several water heater options (size, make, price). When I received the written estimate there was a bill enclosed for $160. When I called to complain, the person I talked to said it was a service call even though the rep never used a tool. He had made a service call previously and identified the problem and the need to replace the unit at that time. The estimate, by the way, was significantly higher than other companies.
