Bryan S. gave a very clear explanation of the problem at the estimate and stayed within the projected budget. Came back at the indicated time to do the work. Will definitely call in the future.

The second floor of our home, built in 2004, ran 9 degrees warmer than the main floor during the summer months. C&C diagnosed the cause as being due to inadequate attic ventilation. and suggested a retrofit of Smart Vents to increase the amount of inlet air. They also added 17 more outlet vents to our roof to increase airflow. The total project was completed in only 3 days with a single highly competent installer. The attic is now much cooler than before, and the upstairs of our home holds a temperature that is much closer to what is set on the downstairs thermostat. Great people to work with.

The insurance company wanted some work done on my roof or they were going to cancel us by a certain date. C & C Roofing began work much sooner than I expected and got the job done in time.

Very accommodating. I went on to HomeAdvisor for just a small fence needed for a new pet, but ended up having this contractor clean my roof, apply miss killer, clean all of my gutters and downspouts and still with the possibility that he may do my yard or lawn care. All were done well and with great satisfaction and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend

The service was fast and price was reasonable! Worked directly with owner to "design" the upgrade we wanted. He had great advice and brought in a colleague to consult on one issue. The crew showed up on time and finished the project a day ahead of schedule. They were quick to ask questions when a problem presented itself. The listened carefully and offered excellent advice. We are VERY happy with our new gates!
