We couldn't be happier. The men completed the job in one day; were extremely pleasant to work with and left the premises in spotless condition.

They were really great and very helpful. They were good in helping us figure out what we wanted to do. I have no complaints about them at all. I really don't know about their price because I haven't got any other estimate yet. I think we would recommend them.

We are actually like a second or third returning customer for them. They had done laminate floors originally for us. They did an excellent job. We were very very happy with them. We will use their services again in the future.

Excellent. They have worked for us before. As last year, they arrived EXACTLY on time, completed the work beautifully and in little time. Other than the beautiful new floors, you'd never know they'd been here.

They were very professional. They got right back to me. I used them on a rental unit for new laminate floors. They did good work and I'm very happy with it. The price was reasonable, a little less than expected. They cleaned up after themselves. I had a little issue with the molding they used.

My husband and I ordered beautiful Homerwood floors for our downstairs. Although the floors themselves were expensive (and rightfully so), the labor was extremely cost effective and the workers were clean & tidy, professional, and timely. The managers we worked with (Karen & Shawn) were so friendly, helpful and not pushy. Additionally, Cascade had some beautiful hardwood (and convincing faux hardwood laminate) options for a much cheaper price, we just personally adored the Homerwood. The crew came in and ripped out our old carpet and removed bathroom sink and toilet for masonry purposes. They took away the carpet (thank god!) at no additional cost and got to work. It took approx 3 days to install the wood and it's beautiful! No dust! No little fragments. They even rebuilt our stairs ($600) which were bowing in the middle. I was really impressed with these guys. We are scheduled to have them install the slate in our bathrooms next which was included in our price. I highly recommend.

The carpet ordering was very simple and the sales representative, Barry Pieratt, was very cordial and easy to work with. After he measured for the estimate, he happily arranged for the carpet installation to work around the painting of my home. The carpet installers were very punctual and hard working. Because of an injury to my knee, I was unable to move as much of the small items from the rooms to be carpeted as I had planned but they moved everything without complaint. The carpet after installation looked very nice, especially the carpet wrapping on the stairs -- good enough that the painters remarked on it. The only hitch came at the end of the day when the installers told me that they were concerned that moving the washer and dryer back into the utility could possibly harm the vinyl and that it would be better if it could wait until the next day. If the painters hadn't been able to move those back for me, I'm not sure how I would have gotten that done without paying someone or asking my friends to risk hurting the flooring getting it done.

We were having Cascade do some other work for us and chose to replace a vinyl floor to match new countertops installed in a bathroom. We did this for convenience, but I wish we had searched elsewhere, as they really didn't have many vinyl choices that fit in with our overall design. Cascade did help select a flooring pattern that minimizes problems with the wall in this bathroom being not quite on square. They also included an underflooring product that helps cushion the floor. Subcontractors installed the flooring, and they did a good job with the vinyl. When reinstalling the baseboards, though, they did not caulk the boards to the wall again, and we had significant problems with 'gaposis'. Our other work with Cascade was fine, but I wouldn't choose them again for vinyl flooring.

We selected Cascade partially because they carried the Cambria line of quartz surface and had a pattern that was exactly fit our desires. The estimator was very accommodating in arriving on short notice to fit my schedule. Later she was very helpful in selecting accents for the tile backsplash that enhanced our decor and solved a problem with water splashing from the sink to a low windowsill. The actual work was sub-contracted to Superior Stoneworks for the quartz surface and to tile installers for the backsplashes. Superior arrived first to create templates for the quartz material. Our existing countertops remained in place while the quartz material was ordered and delivered. Superior did a great job of the installation, and their workers were very professional. They were helpful in providing advice about products for cleaning the countertops that would not cause a buildup. The tile installation occurred about two weeks later. One worker was left primarily on his own to do the tile cutting and installation. His work was very high quality. We did have some trouble communicating our wishes to him, though, since he didn't speak English. After the installation, we attempted to re-install the wood blinds in our kitchen window and discovered that they no longer fit. (The tile solution for protecting the window ledge from water decreased the size of the available window opening, something both we and the estimator from Cascade overlooked.) We contacted Cascade about this, and they provided the name of an individual who later resized some of the slats from our blind to fit the new window size.) Although it didn't affect the outcome of the job, we were somewhat surprised to be dealing with an estimator who sometimes used very poor grammar and had great difficulties with spelling. Other contacts with the staff there have been just fine, though, and they were most helpful when I needed to order some matching grout to patch other tile areas in our house.

Barry came and did a thorough estimate. We chose CFA over two other bidders from Angie's List, mostly because of the thorough and professional presentation. They worked with us to find a convenient (for us) date and time, arrived right on time, did a terrific job. They were finished in about 10 hours.

I didn't feel like the price was right.

They showed up on time. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They said they would replace a piece of the flooring but they haven't done it yet.

The results were outstanding, though the job was more difficult than expected. Some of the existing sub floor has been secured with liquid nails, which more than doubled the time required to pull it up. No charge was levied for the extra work. The work itself was as nearly perfect as a human being can manage, I think. Absolutely first class craftsmanship. They even ran maybe a day over, because of multiple decisions to address issues we would not have recognized, so dedicated were they to doing the job right.

Sales rep/interior designer Barbara was very helpful and easy to work with. Other sales staff were also helpful in suggesting products to consider. The estimate was done promptly and the work was scheduled within a couple weeks of ordering. There was a delay in receiving the vinyl but, for the most part, coordinating the products and installers and my schedule was handled well. Barbara went the extra mile one day to make sure that I could get to work on time when the carpet installers were delayed. The quality of the products and installation was excellent.

Ali Alvstad, our designer from Cascade, did an outstanding job of helping to find exactly the right materials for our three projects. Joe Hartman, the tile installer, is excellent. Andrey, the laminate countertop installer, did a great job. They all completed the job in a timely and very professional manner and were always careful to protect the rest of our home. Great contractors and very nice people! Professional, competitive prices, great selection, reliable, honest, personable, financing available. We choose this company based on a past experience with our salesman, Lynn, where he went the extra mile. He did a great job helping us with our choices and did a great job finding matches to vinyl we liked in our old house. However, the installation process did not go smoothly. The installer removed toilets to install vinyl and put them back without new wax rings and without recaulking at the base of the toilet. One toilet line leaked. They were problems with the vinyl (bubbles and nails from the subfloor they laid poking up), there was adhesive tracked on the carpet. The vinyl baseboards were not correctly adhesive to the wall and we're peeling back the next day. We had the installer back out and he solved many of the issues, but we still felt that the quality of installation was not up to par with our other experiences with the company. Also, we had to pick up a rug we had made as they would not deliver it. After the installation it was hard to get them to respond to our follow-up.

Good experience. They have a nice showroom, and the staff is knowledgeable. The subcontractors did an excellent job. They were on time, professional and tidy. My only disappointment was that the vinyl I chose was not in stock at their local warehouse. So I had to wait an extra week for its delivery.

THIS WAS A COMPLEX JOB AS IT TURNED OUT. WE STARTED WITH ONE TYPE OF FLOORING FOR OUR KITCHEN AND CARPETING FOR A BEDROOM. THE CARPETING WENT FINE, BUT THE FLOORING WAS DEFECTIVE AND UNSUITABLE FOR THE PARTICULAR USE. AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED, CASCADE WORKED CLOSELY WITH US TO GET A FULL REFUND FOR THE KITCHEN WORK AND TO INSTALL A MORE SUITABLE FLOORING. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPONSIVE. THE ONLY FAULT I WOULD ASSIGN IS THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THEIR PRODUCT WELL--BUT IT WAS A RELATIVELY NEW PRODUCT AND THEY WERE GOING BY THE MANUFACTURER'S CLAIMS. IN THE END WE WERE FULLY SATISFIED. WE COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER PEOPLE TO WORK WITH IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION.

WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND CAREFULLY. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE HELP. THE DESIGNER WORKED WITH US TO NOT ONLY PICK OUT THE CARPET AND VINYL, BUT THE TILE FOR OUR HOUSE AS WELL.
