Description of Work: Barry Pieratt at Cascade Flooring did an awesome job of assessing what was needed and arranging for my floors to be redone. The sub that Barry assigned my floor job to was ZABOSS Contracting Inc. Ivan and Alex did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail, and their incredible work ethic absolutely blew me away. You don't find that much these days. Thanks Barry and Ivan and Alex.

Description of Work: Our first contact was with Katy. She was extremely helpful and professional. We had picked some flooring for our family room and she told us it would be vunerable to scratches and since we have four dogs that was out. We ended up getting porcelain tile and it's beautiful. she came our twice to measure, our existing floor had some issues and she wanted to make sure she had an accurate quote for us which turned out to be lower than the original quote. The installers were on time, professional and hard working. They did a beautiful job too. Katy also showed up for the installation to discuss with the installers exactly what needed to be done. We are so happy with the experience, Katy is coming out to measure our bathroom floor and walls for tiling. We will use them for all our flooring and window treatment needs, we still have plenty of house to update.

Description of Work: TILE FLOOR WAS LAID IN ENTRY WAY. ALL OF THE STEPS THAT WORKERS HAD TO DO WERE DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE OLD FLOOR WAS REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF WITH NO MESS TO US. IT WAS NOTED TO US THAT THE FLOOR WAS VERY UNEVEN (VERY OBVIOUS) AND THEY WENT TO A LOT OF TROUBLE TO MAKE IT LEVEL. IF THEY HAD NOT HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT, IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE NEW TILE WOULD EVENTUALLY CRACK. THERE WERE FOUR ENTRY WAYS FROM OTHER ROOMS AND THEY INSTALLED NEW MEDIANS WHICH MADE THE TRANSITION FROM CARPETING TO THE TILE VERY SMOOTH. THEY DID A LOT OF EXTRAS AND TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN EACH STEP. THE TILE AND THE GROUTING ARE BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU TO THE SALESMAN WHO HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS ON THE FLOOR AND THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE ALL VERY GOOD WORKERS.
