Description of Work: replaced brake pads and rotors; I chose them because they claimed to have a Vancouver location, however that wasn't the case...it wasn't "set up" yet, so we had to travel from Camas WA to SE Portland to have the work done... I was charged an extra $20 for a cable that was to make my brake light and service warning lights go out -- to this day these lights still remain on... also my brakes squeak at every stop sign! I do not trust their work and will need to take my car in to the dealership to make sure, plus turn out the annoying warning lights...

Description of Work: Took it in for replacement of rear brake pads, but the rotors also needed replacement (couldn't be milled). Did a good job. My main concern was the waiting area, which was unheated and not a nice place for waiting.

Description of Work: I did not use because they had listed a Tigard address but were actually closed during that timeframe. They were supposed to reopen, but I proceeded elsewhere. Maybe next time.

Description of Work: although I had an appointment, I waited two hours. they showed me my brake pads and said they looked brand new. (it had been 3 years since replaced). So they didn't replace my pads. I'm still puzzeled.
