They worked a great deal and threw in a a lot of value added service.
When I went home and looked at my service records, I saw that the rotors had been replaced the previous brake replacement (less than 2 years earlier). They should have been fine, just resurfaced. I feel that they took advantage of my lack of ignorance of how often they need to be replaced. And, in addition, the cost for replacement of brakes and rotors cost about the same as the dealer had charged two years earlier - not a Big Deal.
I sent the manager a note about this and never heard back.
I was pleased with the final outcome of the brake replacement, but would prefer to go to a dealer in the future.
The biggest issue was with the poor value of the Angie's List Big Deal, which mislead me.
I'll be back soon for the recommended service needed.
Thanks

"[member name removed], did you go to the Beaverton store? thanks Patrick"
"Thanks for the feedback. We are happy to hear you were pleased with the service, and will certainly try to make some Improvements in the waiting area. If there are any other words of encouragement or feedback you have to offer we are happy to hear it. Have a wonderful day and thank you again for the feedback."
When I called to schedule the appointment, they were very friendly and were able to get me in right away. They were efficient and timely in taking care of my car and updating me on the status of it's needs. I was pleased with their staff and efficiency.
I went in thinking I needed new rear drum brakes based on what another shop told me and recently had been experiencing some uneven braking. The Brake Team informed me that I still had 50% life remaining on the rear brakes. They were just really dirty and needed a little adjustment. They were honest and performed only the work needed. Cost was just $30. I appreciate the service and plan to bring them business in the future.
