Apex was very pleasant to work with. They were also on time as promised. Of the four companies I interviewed, they were the only company to share that Energy Trust offered rebates for "95-5" furnaces.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and positive. There was some miscommunication between the office and the technician, but it was corrected fairly quickly after I had a conversation with 2 people in the office.
