Description of Work: Called on July 10th for appt to repair a Maytag dishwasher. They quoted prices and made an appointment to come out July 18th at 8:00am. At 8:15am on July 18th (the day of the appointment) their office called and said I just spoke to the technician and we don't work on Maytags! Why were we not told this at any time from the 10th until the 18th. We cancelled another appointment to be here on the 18th. Very unprofessional!!!

Description of Work: They repaired a washer in a rental unit when our regular appliance repairer was not available. Service was prompt and good. It was some time ago and I don't remember the details.

Description of Work: Repair of a washer at a rental. A sock had gotten lodged in the pump.

+ -1 moreI set up an appointment for a few days after I called. Then the next day they called saying they had a repairman who was finished early and would I like him to come to the house then. I said yes. He knew what the problem was. Fixed it. Then I had questions about changing over from gas to electric cooking. The repairman told me the process and approximate price it would cost to do that. He also explained that since they made our stove there have been many advances in gas stoves and to come down and look at what they sold. It was a really great experience and I will definitely call them again if I have problems with my appliances.
Description of Work: He came in and looked at it and said it is probably the lighter. He checked it out--found that to be the case. Called for the amount it would cost for the part and install. It sounded like a good deal, so I had him repair the stove. It was so very quick.
