They came out right away when we called them to fix the problem even though it is tough to get anybody to come out right away. They were professional. They diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate on how much it was going to cost before we signed an agreement or anything. I cannot remember if there was a fee for them to come out or not but they told us how much it was going to cost, diagnosed what the problem was and let us know that just to fix the problem, it was going to take a few days to get the parts. I do not know how something like that would cost so I am assuming that their price was probably pretty average. They were also here when they said that they were going to be here. We would definitely use them again in the future. In fact, we ended up getting a contract with them to come out and check out the heat pump which is scheduled. If you do that, they would guarantee their work longer and then if you have to replace your heat pump, they are going to give you a discount. We thought that it was a good deal because we have an old heat pump. It might not be great for somebody with a new heat pump but for us, if our heat pump goes out within the next year, we have done pretty good.
