Shawn was more than honest with us. When we spoke prior to him coming out to our home, we thought it was an entirely different problem which could have cost a significant amount more. Fortunately for us, it was a relatively minor fix. We were very grateful and were able to have a couple other things done that were such a blessing for us. We will call on this company again when needed, that's for sure. We will also tell everyone we know about the great service we received.

Shawn Waller is a very knowledgable person when dealing with central vacuum systems. He knows what he is doing, explains it well to the customer, works accurately and quickly and cleans up any mess that may have been created. I wish I had requested his service before I paid $900 for a new system. There is no doubt he could have repaired my old system for a lot less than $900. If needed, I will not hesitate to ask him back.

The repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept updated as parts were ordered. Sean tested the entire system to ensure that all ports were functioning and there were no clogs in any of the lines.
