Had a big job of 4 water heaters in four different units. Platinum Plumbing blocked off the entire day to get them all done at once. They are friendly, professional, and when it comes to water heaters, very fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at having their water heater replaced. Hot water tank went out. Platinum came out same day, and installed a tankless unit, and just in a few hours we are back to having hot water again. Very professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up, and taking away the mess. Best of all, these guys know what they re doing...will use them again in the future for any other plumbing project we have.

I had a broken water line (original 1940s corrugated pipes). When Colton and Joe came out to do the quote, Colton advised me to call 811 right away so work wouldn't be delayed. I appreciated the follow up call a few days later where I was able to ask a few more questions. The quote Colton gave me was the most reasonably priced. They fit me into their schedule right away. Everyone arrived promptly, the work was completed the same day, and I had my water back on by the early afternoon. Not only was the leak fixed, but I have more water pressure. I will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

Colton responded quickly, giving me a fair bid to replace three, 64-year-old, slightly leaking, hose bibs as well as a leaking utility sink faucet. Colton & his apprentice Joe, were professional, personable, tidy, more than fair, efficient & hauled all the old fixtures away. They were able to do the work the same day they came to firm up the bid! No more leaking faucets & we have a great plumbing team to hire again when we need them! Highly recommend.

Colton did a great job! We had him re-pipe our bathroom and our fixtures for the whole house! He was very prompt, very professional, and got the job done in the time that they specified it would be done. He was also priced much cheaper than the other competitors! Colton and Joseph are excellent and professional technicians they removed my old water heater and installed a on demand system. They were courteous and helpful. They cleaned up well and l now have hot water. Thanks guys a job well done will think about them for future projects.

Honestly, these guys were life savers. They came out on a Sunday to replace a failed propane water heater, meaning that they didn't have one on the truck and had to go to several home improvement stores (at the height of COVID-metered limits on getting into places like that). I was grateful for their willingness to get the job done with a minimum of hassle and only a minor extra charge (Sunday work + having to go to several home improvement stores on my behalf.) I'd definitely hire them again.

Got there and quoted some high price. We said we wanted to get 2nd quote. He then dropped the price by half. Did the work. Did not clean out grout from the previous sink. Did not line up sinks to be straight. Did not tighten down the faucet. We cracked our vanity while installing and tried to not mention it. Then charged us an extra $200 for a $15 dollar part. Said he would fix what he broke for an extra $1200 and when I got mad about it he said he would fix for $500. Then when ingot home the guy did not even turn our water back on. Horrible job. Horrible customer service.

Response time from inquiry was really fast. Colton showed up early, got the work done quick and easy. While he was here, they noticed that there was a section of pipe connected to my water heater that needed to be replaced. He explained the situation with that pipe and how it would affect us in the long run. I’m glad he caught it and able to get it fixed. Thanks Colton!!

Water heater is fine. They also replaced pipes. After the installation the water pressure in the shower is worse.

Except for a delay due to another job they were doing, these guys were right on it! Even digging in the rain and dark at 9 pm!
