+ -1 moreI CALLED MILGARD, THEY HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR ORIGINAL OWNERSHIP. SOME SEALS BROKE AND CONDENSATION WAS TRAPPED BETWEEN THE PANES, THEY CAME AND REPLACED THEM, AT NO CHARGE.
Description of Work: WHEN WE HAD OUR HOUSE BUILT, THE BUILDERS USED MILGARD WINDOWS. SOME OF THE SEALS BROKE.

+ -1 moreWE DID THIS BACK IN 1991, AND THEY WERE VERY GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE INSTALLED THEM OURSELVES AND REALLY HAD NO PROBLEM. I LOVE MY WINDOWS. THEY ARE EASY TO CLEAN AND STILL LOOK GREAT. SINCE WE INSTALLED THEM I HAD ONE WINDOW MECHANISM BREAK. MILGARD HAS A LIFE TIME WARRANTY. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY WINDOW AT NO CHARGE AND THEY WERE FAST AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULDN'T PUT ANYTHING BUT MILGARD IN MY HOUSE.
Description of Work: WE REPLACED ALMOST ALL THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOUSE WITH WHITE VINYL DOUBLE PAIN WINDOWS WITH GRIDS AND SCREENS.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED MILLGARD BECAUSE WE KNEW THAT THEY OFFERED A LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE. THEY HAD ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINDOW SIZE JUST BY GIVING THEM OUR ADDRESS AND TELLING THEM WHAT WINDOW HAD THE PROBLEM. THEY QUICKLY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO REPLACE THE WINDOW AT NO CHARGE TO US.
Description of Work: WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MOISTURE BUILDING UP BETWEEN THE PANES OF GLASS ON OUR WINDOWS.
