The plumber that came out to my house did a great job and was very nice. He had to remove 2 small sections of pex pipe that were leaking. The job only took one hour and I was charged $1,200.00. I never had a job that paid me $1,200/hour - perhaps if I had I wouldn't have minded paying that amount! I can understand overhead and minimum charges but at that rate it would pay for a new truck every 3 days. I recommend getting an estimate over the phone prior to the plumber getting to your house and don't be afraid to call a few providers.

They are terrible. Harts Services quoted me a price to clean the sewer, scope the sewer and pull and put back the toilet--$1,485.00 I got an other Licensed plumber to do the exact same job for $219.86. I will never call Harts services again.

they stated would not be able to help me for 7-10 days. no efort was made to wrk with me on scheduling

Great excellent work and professional service

I honestly don’t think I will have enough space to write how happy I am with the service so I will keep it simple. They are the go to and gold standard (as far as I’m concerned) in septic troubleshooting and repair. They came out inspected, diagnosed and repaired my septic system. There is no better peace of mind, than being able to take a shower without the fear of your tank alarm going off. If I ever need work done again Harts services will be my first call.

Harts was incredible to work with. The representative explained the costs and options in a factual manner, and let us come to our own decision with ZERO pressure. We opted for repair, which was done quickly and effectively. Highly recommend. These folks have customer service down pat.

They bid the job for $10000.00. It was a small job. It was very obvious that Hearts did not want the work.

Great, a bit of a roller coaster for cost but came out in the middle of the range provided for the sewer repair. The toilet was fixing a remodel contractor's bad work. Pricing is reasonable and they were prompt. Great communication.

Hart's came out cleared my pipes and gave me a free estimate on re- plumbing the house. Very friendly and here at the time made for my appointment.

They claim they completed my job?? They did not do any work for me...so soliciting reviews on uncompleted work...automatic 1.0 rating.

They weren't able to come fir 2 days then when the day came they said they had emergency calls so I could reschedule or wait at the residence to see if they can get there that day after the new emergency calls are taken care of first. I canceled my appt, went on you tube and fixed it myself.

The cost from this company is outrageous! Please do your research before hiring Hart's. Over priced to cover their costs for Advertising.
