Timely and professional service at a good value.

It went great. Andy scoped our septic and it was in good shape. However it did need to be pumped. He recommended a company and we called them and have an appointment to get that done.

Great. They solved the problem quickly and did not over-charge. They’re always courteous and professional.

Horribly!! The work didn't get done for some reason he didn't have the equipment. Yet, was able to crawl in the crawl space and left me with a $28,000 re pipe suggestion. I would NEVER recommend them even to come to your home!!!

They did good work however they didn't pay for or pick up city building permit resulting in my having to pay for it (with penalties added) when the city says the contractor should pay for it and pick it up and get an inspection done.

They fixed the basic problem but quoted an outrageous price just to replace a faucet. $700? Heck no! There are so many more honorable plumbers that I will give my money to. Never again —bad business.

Proficient in what they do...but be sure to get an estimate and compare costs BEFORE you okay to do it. I got my re pipe done at less than half of their quoted price. Rehiring would depend on if no one else could do it.

Work went well, serviceman was pleasant and efficient. A bit surprised by the weekend rate, even with the discount, but the work was done to my satisfaction.

I never hired these people. What a lie!

It took an entire year for Harts to complete the permitting process with Pierce County and begin the installation. They then backed out of their offer to pay for permitting, hit the water main when they began to dig (flooding my property) and only completed the sewer tap, not the line they had agreed to run. In addition to paying thousands of dollars to the County that Harts had agreed to cover, I had to hire another company to drain the area and connect the plumbing to the house, over a year behind schedule.

Not very good. After several trips and at least one big diagnosis that cost me $3400, they still did not find the problem. My daughter found the problem in the upstairs bathroom sink drain. It took less than twenty minutes to fix the problem. They, Heart Services dug up my back yard and replaced some sewer pipes that were just fine. One of there 23 year old plumbers with an apprentice with him made a verbal guarantee that that he had fixed the problem.. He didn’t.. Hearts Services wanted to dig up one of the downstairs bedroom floors looking for ground water risking. I would not let them because the shower was already dug up. If it had been ground water it would have already show up. They spent almost three months looking for this leak that, as I said, my daughter found. It seams that because this an insurance job they did not to find the leak until they milked me for all the money they could get. I would not recommend the to plunge my tolit.

It went great. He was so professional yet still friendly and my bathtub drains so fast now. I was very happy with the service.

The guy came out, was super friendly and helpful, and generated a bid for the work... and that's where it went wrong! The bid was 4700 dollars! I went to Lowe's the next day, bought all the parts for all 4 jobs he bid, and spent one day getting them all done using YouTube to instruct me. Total bill: 118 dollars. I'm not a plumber, but if Hart's can bill 1000 dollars an hour, maybe I should become one! What a rip off!

i called them to have them come repair the heater that they were supposed to have already fixed for the prior owners as part of the purchase agreement.. They charged the prior owners 2500.00 and replaced a pump in the infloor heat system.... They promised to be out the next morning and then didn't bother to show up.... There customer service is absolutely abysmal. I ended up replacing another one of the pumps (168.00 and 30 minutes work) and 2 solenoids (51.00 each) myself... They charged 2500.00 for a repair that took me, a handyman at best, 30 minutes to repair.... No followup and WAY OVERPRICED makes them crooks in my book. I would give them zero stars if I could

I got my service call reschedule two times after taking time off from work waiting for their technician. I ended doing the job myself.

Parts did not perform any service for us because their pricing on what I wanted to have done was $4,000 more than the company who performed the task which was Brennan

I had a leak under the bathroom sink. They tried and but the quality control at the end of each visit was a complete failure. Their services are so expensive!!! Over the years I had worked many great plumbers who did good work and were very ethical when it comes to their pricing. We were new to the area and I just looked at google reviews and gave them a call. They came very quick and the plumbers were very kind overall. However, the quality of work was bad and the amount of time and high price I paid at the end is not acceptable ....I dont know how this company is getting the five stars....

Initially it was good. They offered to replace my water heater in the middle of a snow storm. Other companies were not willing to do so. The technician was great and I really appreciated him for working through the winter storm. However, my problems with Harts Services began when I needed an itemized invoice. My home warranty requires an itemized invoice so they can reimburse me the cost of the repair work. Also, I was told by the technician that I would receive the work permit for the water heater installation... I have not received that work permit. I sent several emails to the manager, Jason Mahaffey, requesting an itemized invoice. Jason responded twice. I never received the itemized invoice and I was not able to receive full reimbursement of work I had done that evening. As I mentioned earlier, I have not received the work permit from Hart's Services for the new water heater. If you have a home warranty plan, I do not recommend this company. They are not willing to help out consumers like us in my experience. The technician that was at my home was the ONLY bright spot of my experience with Hart's Service. The front office customer service completely changed what could have been a positive experience into a very negative and financially expensive lesson for me.

Work fine. Workers threatened me that this time they would do the work for $93 but next time it would be $600 if I didn’t pay them $1,500 to replumb my sink. There is nothing wrong with sink piping, clog about 10 feet down stream
