Came after hours completely handled it .. it was a lot of money but after hours I understand.

I lost my pet July 5th, due fireworks. He got scared and escaped from the fencing. I am so blessed and grateful for all the people involved. Special Thank You's to Ms. Angela, Shannon and Judith whom came together and posted photos of my pet and reunited him safely home❤ as well as for my sister Mary who is very much involved in rescued pets. I will ultimately pay the blessings forward by supporting lost pets and humane services. Thank you to ALL

AWFUL. The clog appeared again a few days later. Plus he informed us we needed to have our sewer pipe replaced to the street and gave us an estimate of $30,000. We found a different plumber and he fixed our problems immediately and we have no more clogged drain. Plus we had our sewer pipes scoped to the street the year before and there were no problems. He was surely trying to scam us.

I didn't hire them. I have never heard of them

Really badly and overpriced, please shop around before hiring these guys. You can find better quality for much less the cost. The spent more time up selling their services than properly diagnosing and fixing the problem. Their inability to do so was confirmed by the next company that came in and fixed the damage they did.

They successfully diagnosed and repaired. However 45 minutes of diagnostics/repair with no parts needed to be replaced. Then to be told $380+ bill. Call me stupid, but thSt doesn’t add up.

Horrible. The plumber quoted us $1000 to install a $200 dollar item, we asked for an itemized quote and he said no. Did it ourselves. Horrible service!

The Hart plumber did connect the gas line to my BBQ but the side burner would only burn on low flame. He couldn’t figure out the problem and didn’t return to complete the job. Therefore, I hired a retired plumber and he solved the problem immediately. The orifice in the side burner was too small.

Not well...1st water heater installed was all dented on the top. So had to have a 2nd water heater installed. Installation was sloppy/way overpriced.

Workmanship was excellent, product installation was clean and timely and customer service immediate, responsive and courteous.

They were very professional, very reasonable and performed exceptional work.

The persons who came to estimate the work treated me like I was an idiot and was quoting prices that are way to high for the work. I would not recommend them.

Sent out two plumbers the first time, one of which already had his two week notice in. For a 3-5 day job, two weeks later and I am pretty sure everyone who worked for the company showing up to fix something the prior plumbers did not do right, it was complete.

We did not hire them because their quote was $1000 ! We did not have them do the work but did pay the $40 fee for them to come out and give us this ridiculous quote. The job was straightforward: 15 yr old home, easy access and we had already purchased the fixture at Home Depot. My husband and I ended up doing the work ourselves in about 45 minutes.

Timely and professional service at a good value.

They advertised if they couldn’t fix it they wouldn’t charge us. They took it apart and couldn’t fix it, but they charged us for it anyway. They told us we needed to call another person in their company who would come out and fix it for $1500. We asked them to leave, bought a $30 part and fixed it ourselves with the help of a friend.

Amazing job. I was renovating my guest bathroom and needed every vent stack water line and drain moved. Since i had to remove all the window subfloor anyway i did a lot of the heavy work before they got to my house. But l while i could have done all this plumbing my self, they arrived promptly, did the work in 6 hours when it would have taken me days, were professional, but for me, best of all was the knowledge they had, willingness to share that knowledge and amazing work they performed. 10/10 will work with them again.

They never returned my call to hire them.
