The plumber had me turn off water and then he removed the faucets before giving me a price. without water in the house I had to have him complete the job. less then 100 dollars for parts and less then one hour to complete job I was charged over 900 dollars. they would not give me a break down of cost. DO NOT USE HARTS

They were awesome. We had the unfortunate event of a squirrel crawling into our tankless gas water heater and chewing a wire, leaving us without hot water. Don't ask. Anyways, Hart came to the rescue quickly and enjoyed a few laughs with us on our luck and quickly fixed the issue. We've worked with Harts a few times. And will continue to call them for plumbing and HVAC needs.

They were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Poorly- to customer base on follow up

They unclogged the pipe and drain for the agreed $93. I truly appreciate their commitment to their price that was quoted. I just am unhappy with them doing an estimate for over $30,000 to replace all plumbing, then trying to get me to decide right away. That is a a big decision and needs to be thought about. Too pushy with their other services that are offered. Would have preferred to have an estimate left with me and let me contact them if services were needed. Again, thank you for the affordable and quality work provided, but maybe back off on the high pressure sales after work is completed.

Harts tricks people into letting their sales person into your home thinking you will get a drain unclogged. You called to get a drain unclogged for the advertised price however when Harts come they they have no intention of clearing your drain. What they want to do is to take advantage of you and sell you overpriced services, even if you don't need them. It is all about separating the public from as much of their money as you can. If you buy the overpriced services they want to sell you you get your drain cleared, otherwise you do not. If I had my way the attorney general would be all over you for price gouging and engaging in sharp and deceptive practices. Plumbers are paid by commission and so are incentivized to recommend high priced services, (needed or not) once they are inside your house.

I had 2 water heaters replaced. Each water heater supplied a 1 bedroom rental unit. Instead of using a 30 or 40 gallon water heater for each unit, they used a extremely large water heaters for each apartment. Much more than I needed and very expensive. Since these units are rentals and I am very busy, I did not have time to scrutinize what they were doing.

Hart's was FANTASTIC at keeping me updated in regards to my service appointment. Everyone I met was SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained everything in terms that I would understand which made it easy when making decisions on what work I wanted to have done. I would DEFINITELY recommend Hart's to anyone that needs a plumber.

We told the company to leave and hired another company to replace the ONE bad float.

I have NO idea how this company got name & contact information and is claiming I hired them. I never hired this company and have no idea why they are claiming I did.

They charged a fee for the estimate then quoted by far the highest price of the 3 estimates I got. No else charged an estimate fee.

Never called or contacted me at all. I guess they are too busy.

They successfully cleared the line and ran a camera through. The worker told me I needed to clean and clear the pipes all the way to the street and main sewer or it would continue to back up. This would require digging up part of my front yard. He gave me a quote of close to $10,000! I got a 2nd opinion. The other company came out and inspected my pipes and said he did not see any reason to need this expensive job. It is now over a year later and my pipes have never clogged again. I believe Hart Services was trying to scam me out of $10,000!!! I tell everyone to use anyone except Harts!!! Always get a 2nd opinion!

Plumbers were professional and knew what they were doing. Did a more efficient and tidy job than what was described in the estimate

Fixed it myself as they wanted an extreme amount for the repair.

Extremely well. It too a long time to unplug. The repairman had to get on the roof and access the vent in order to clear the pipes. He worked until he completed the job. I called them because they were having a special. It was well worth it. I think they lost money due to the time it took. Also, before the repairman showed up at our house, the company sent me his name, photo and a little personal background.
