They gave me a 4000.00 dollar estimate for replacing a washing machine drain that took me two hours and cost me 160.00 dollars in parts. If you wanna give your money away definitely call this company.

It didn’t! I wouldn’t pay that exorbitant amount!

I never hired these people I don’t know how they got my email. This makes me mad

Offered the $100 option, but went for the $1000 option. The line was jetted all the way through. I was tired of "clearing" the drain every year. This was supposed to clear the drain from the kitchen sink. So far everything has gone well. The guys worked hard. And what I truly appreciate, was their level of professionalism and communication. They did a quote for replacing all the drains but I don't have that kind of money right now.

Scheduled an appointment for two days after my problem appeared. Was told I needed to re-schedule because Harts didn’t have enough technicians scheduled that day.

I feel that they took advantage of us On price . We needed to get the sewer Un clogged at my business and they were the only ones that could come out that day . When we were given a price it was high . They did a temp fix and paid then for what was completed. That gave us time to check around and had two bids come in half of what they quoted . I went with the lower of the two other quotes and with what I already paid harts it was still 4000 cheaper

Terrible, sales representative was completely inappropriate

Will never hire again!!! They cleared sewer line twice for too much money and then quoted $14K to replace sewer pipe. Got 100 ft of sewer pipe replaced for much less with a respectable contractor. Steer clear of Hart Services period.

Terrible. They insisted on reviewing all the plumbing in the entire house then turned around and gave me a quote of $24,000.00 to re- plumb the entire house. When I said all I wanted was to have my kitchen sink hooked back up I got the hard pressure to do the whole thing as it would cost me more if I just had that done vs. having the entire house re-plumbed. I did not appreciate the scare tactics/hard sell they were giving me. Give this company a wide berth unless you are actually looking to have your house entirely re-plumbed.

Not sure who this company is - they are lying if they said they did work for me.

I have been looking through Angi, but then I get this congrats the work is done, and I've not started or completed any work through Angi. So it's probably the last time I look there for advice if I can't rely on the validity of the information you use.

The work went fine, but I thought the price was too high. That seems to be a pattern for the top recommended firms on Angie's List

They came out ran the pipe snake through it once then they ran their camera down the line pushed through the blockage tried to tell me my sewer line was collapsed even though the camera was able to go past it then they charged me and we're on their way with no improvement to my situation I later bought the tools on Amazon and fixed it myself

They snaked out the drain but never found any problem. It was further down the drain. I had to get the blockage out myself.

It went well. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with his service.

Not good — put the part on backward the first time and installed the shut off in the wrong area. Poor work and a massive price. It seems they wait for a small emergency and then price gouge when you call them. I would go without water for a week or two before I called them again. Took three visits to fix a broken pipe.

Horrible. I originally hired Harts to come clean out a water line that was backing up. The service man charged me $1100 and flooded my basement, carpet was wet and stinky. Weeks later, my husband identified a cracked line under the house. Harts came out to evaluate. Service man says it’s was likely from the cleaning that was done prior by them. They quoted me almost $7,000.00 to repair their mistake. Ended up hiring an independent company and got the broke pipe fixed for $500. Literally saved $6500 not going with them.

Not only did they spend almost no time looking they didn't find it! The next septic company found it in 15 minutes. So frustrating.

The technican looked at problem told me what he needed to do. I gave okay and it was done in 5 minutes or less. Would definitely use again

Work went well. Labor costs non transparent and much too high. Service and admin people all great. Rates out of proportion to norm.

The job appeared to go ok but after the contractors left we discovered some of the work was not completely finished. We are also still waiting for the final inspection 10 months later.

Awful, worker said x$s for the replacement and repair of crack in sewer lol me. Worker mislabeled paperwork and workers sent did another job. Then they want $ for a lie to the point where an owner came to my home and was so against women handling business he offered to explain to my husband. After a lengthy discussion he cut thousands off the total/admittedly that he would eat the bill/I felt half was fair coz some guy dug in my yard….because of their own error but of course expectation was for me to pay it in total if I had no question what went wrong and proved they lied. I would Never do any type of business with this company as it’s reputation has gone done the crapper. Look at local reviews on other sites and find the same complaints/recent they did a huge job in a gals house and bought the wrong toilet, it wouldn’t fit then the owner had to get involved with that also//the lady grieved what a hassle to have a “professional “ be so poor at the knowledge and that the company has many communication issues. Honestly just RUN to another company and roll the dice if this is a new market to you/you’ll learn a lot along the way and I learned that Harts is Awful, they lie, they cannot do proper paperwork or communicate within a normal reason, they actually did the wrong job, I literally have not a positive note at all….hmm even the annoying follow up calls to ask if I’ve displayed my Harts Services sign to be entered in a monthly drawing is bogus….yah I got off that call list immediately and the sign went to the dump.

The part was ordered, put in and we have hot water again. The service tech was polite and informative.
