came and did a good job.....have had to have them come back to recheck the hot water heater....we'll see how they handle the recheck

RE: Work quality - so far it looks good but I'll make a final judgement next month.

When I placed the repair request I needed, I immediately got a voice mail from Elizabeth, her message was very easy to listen to, and I didn't have to go back and listen to it again. Sam the plumber came out that day, looked at the jobs requested, and he told us exactly how much it would cost. He was very organized, professional, and friendly. The next day he was out again and was working on it when I came home for lunch, and he finished that afternoon. We are pleased to have new fixtures in our kitchen sink and a new toilet in our bathroom. The best thing is it was done promptly, and we didn't have to wait until next week for the jobs to be done.

It took some time between requesting service from Home Advisor and receiving contact from the contractors. This probably isn't the contractors fault, just the way it is set up internally. After scheduling Raptor Rooter to do the job, they were prompt and efficient. Thumbs up. I would use them again.

I was surprised when Raptor Rooter offered to fix my sink the same day. Chris came out, assessed the issue and gave me a fair quote. He completed the work timely and correctly. He saved me many hours of frustration trying to do this work myself.

Our plumber was courteous and professional despite being stuck in Spokane record snowfall twice earlier in the day. Dispatch called 3 times to report his progress. I very much appreciate the communication so I know why there are delays. When he arrived, He explained my problem and went right to work to fix it.

These guys are now my go to crew for any and all plumbing needs. They installed a gas line for our range. Best price, fast appointment, on time arrival, installation was perfect, clean up was amazing. I'm having them back out tomorrow to install a garbage disposer.

Sam did a very good job. Removed 4 toilets and replaced with new. Very pleased with his work. Would hire them again.

Sam was profession & informative, and very kind. He was quick and his work was exemplary. I will definitely ask for him, if I need a plumber in the future. The price was lower than any other estimate. He came within a half hour of my calling for help.

I got a call very quickly and a site visit to assess the situation was schedule the same day. The plumber was very informative throughout the process and let me know my options and what the time factors were going to be with each option. I feel like he was very honest and forthright, got the job done in a very timely manner.

Once I looked up Plummer’s on Home Advisor, it was not more than five minutes that I got a call from Ashley at Raptor who said she could send a plumber within 45 minutes—he arrived on time and did an excellent job with our emergent needs as well as a couple of smaller chronic plumbing issues. I’m always surprised at the rates that plumbing organizations charge, but this work was worth it!
